Readiness documentation and runtime are separate. This document does not claim runtime or product readiness. It classifies documentation readiness only unless explicitly noted.

1. READINESS STATEMENT BY BOUNDARY

1.1 Documentation Readiness

Current documentation readiness state:

PARTIALLY_RECONCILED

Reason: canonical docs created for Product, Platform, Architecture, L1 Workbench, SPINE, CONTINUITY, HERMES, GOVERNANCE, CAPABILITY-FABRIC, INTEGRATION-MANAGER, MCP, MIGRATION-STATE, DEPLOYMENT-STATE, RUNTIME-TOPOLOGY, CUSTOMER-ZERO, and docs/README.md; migration and correction work for existing docs is still pending as D6. Contradiction map exists; not all contradictions are replayed yet.

Documentation readiness is not operational readiness.

1.2 Platform Readiness

Current platform readiness state:

DOCUMENTED_WITH_KNOWN_GAPS

Evidence supporting:

  • wrangler manifests show extensive deployable service coverage
  • Option B Wave 0 evidence supports plausible deployment pathway
  • Platform specs exist and are strong
  • Tier A canon docs exist
  • Workflows, queues, durable objects, and routes are described/manifested

Known gaps:

  • Supabase removal incomplete
  • One-auth enforcement unverified
  • Package topology not settled
  • Platform runtime topology not fully verified end-to-end
  • Many expected target runtime identifiers such as spine-writer, schema-synthesis, governance are unverified
  • Cloudflare runtime inventory not closed in repo
  • Customer Zero activation not verified end-to-end

Do not classify platform as operational

1.3 Product Readiness

Current product readiness state:

UNKNOWN_DOCUMENTED_STATE

Known evidence:

  • L1 Workbench doctrine frozen
  • canonical L1 target is apps/web
  • apps/web may currently be next/vercel entangled
  • apps/workspace may hold corpus evidence
  • department surfaces are documented as Context Lenses

Unknowns:

  • production deployment of canonical app surface
  • verified auth route (Gateway JWT vs Supabase vs other)
  • verified L1 Workbench runtime against production spine/runtime
  • L2/L3 product surfaces still observed; they conflict with L1-only product law

Provisional product verdict: documented target is stable, but current product surface cannot be classified CURRENT without app/runtime/readback evidence.

1.4 Cloudflare Deployment Readiness

Current deployment readiness state:

DOCUMENTED_WITH_KNOWN_GAPS

Evidence:

  • worker manifests for at least 30 service and package workers present
  • documented routes on gateway, pipeline, intelligence, twin, mcp-connector, webhooks
  • documented service bindings on gateway, connector, continuity, webhook-ingress, agent-registry, iw-agent-runtime, loader, tenants, store

Gaps:

  • runtime traffic not verified
  • queue consumers and producers operational state not verified
  • Durable Object active provenance not verified
  • 98-account worker claim not audited in repo evidence
  • Supabase secret references show continued legacy exposure for several workers

1.5 Customer Zero Readiness

Current Customer Zero readiness state:

DOCUMENTED_WITH_KNOWN_GAPS

Evidence:

  • onboarding documents and playbooks exist
  • flow test documents exist
  • auth, tenant resolution, and hydration ideal flow are documented

Gaps:

  • frontend flow type unknown: UI navigation, frontend state, API contract, integration, or true end-to-end
  • canonical writer path not traced
  • continuity state recovery not traced
  • L1 Workbench ready claim evidence absent

2. FINAL READINESS VERDICT

DOCUMENTED_WITH_KNOWN_GAPS

This means:

  • high-signal canonical doctrine now exists for platform, product, L1, SPINE, CONTINUITY, HERMES, GOVERNANCE, CAPABILITY-FABRIC, INTEGRATION-MANAGER, MCP, MIGRATION-STATE, RUNTIME-TOPOLOGY, DEPLOYMENT-STATE, and CUSTOMER-ZERO
  • product/runtime evidence gaps remain closed
  • documentation completeness is advancing but not finished
  • operational readiness is not claimed

This verdict is documentation readiness, not product/runtime readiness.

3.2 platform

  • PLATFORM/ARCHITECTURE docs stable
  • Capability Fabric component table left as evidence placeholders pending repo tracing
  • Integration Manager docs stable
  • Governance runtime migration in progress
  • Hermes role stable
  • spawn-writer runtime role: UNKNOWN until verified

3.3 runtime

  • Manifest-level service discovery complete
  • Deployment classification is conservative and pending runtime review
  • Option B Wave 0 cherry-pick ready per divergence audit
  • Cloudflare runtime inventory not closed
  • App/publish boundary stable at apps/web target

3.4 migration

  • Supabase removal: MIGRATING

  • Root README merge markers: still present and must be resolved

3.7 Future next steps

  1. Replay D6 on all existing Tier A/B docs
  2. Replay contradiction checks against Tier A docs and replace stale claims
  3. Verify Cloudflare runtime inventory per docs/operations/ENDPOINT_MAP.md
  4. Verify Customer Zero activation end-to-end
  5. Verify only-AUTH architecture
  6. Verify spine-writer runtime identity and write authority
  7. Verify schema-synthesis runtime state
  8. Verify governance migration state from integratewise-govern worker
  9. Verify L1 app path
  10. Finalize docs/README.md as stable canon index

4. DOCUMENTS THAT PRECEDE THIS
