Purpose
Everything a journalist, podcaster, or partner needs to cover us accurately without a call — plus the statement templates for moments that don't wait. Public page: /press.
Target audience: Press, podcast hosts, event organizers, partners; internal (crisis protocols).
1. Boilerplate (three lengths, verbatim use)
One line: IntegrateWise is the workspace for human and AI collaborative work.
Short (60 words): IntegrateWise is the workspace for human and AI collaborative work. Every person works alongside a governed AI Twin on shared workbenches, projected from the Adaptive Spine — the canonical operational truth the organization owns. The Twin prepares; the human approves; everything is auditable. Founded by a former MuleSoft architect and CSM, IntegrateWise connects 70+ tools across the modern stack.
Long (120 words): adds: the problem paragraph (fragmentation, the Human API, the Quiet Demotion of AI — 2–4 hours/day lost to context reconstruction), the category definition sentence (05 §1), and the doctrine close: "IntegrateWise's founding principle: truth you own, AI you rent, approval in between."
2. Fact Sheet (journalists check; keep verified — claims register 79)

3. Founder Bio & Assets
Bio (press-ready, 40w): 14 §3 verbatim. Longer bio (120w): the §2 spoken-form story, third-personized.
Asset folder (/press/assets): founder headshot (2 crops) · logo suite (light/dark/mono, SVG+PNG, clearspace rules) · product screenshots: the workbench three-beats, the evidence chain, the approval + receipt (captioned; these three tell the whole story) · the Day film (embed + download) · category one-pager (the rubric 05 §3).
4. Story Angles (pitch-ready, each with its evidence)
- "The 80% who demoted AI" — the trust-collapse story with the survey numbers; IntegrateWise as the governed second chance. (Evidence: demotion data 06 §1; the refusal demo.)
- "AI you have to approve" — counter-narrative to autonomy hype; approval as the feature. (Evidence: live memory-gate + audit demo.)
- "The $8M morning" — the founder wound-story as the origin of a category. (Evidence: 14; the architecture it produced.)
- "Who owns organizational truth?" — the ownership question nobody's asking about workplace AI. (Evidence: Spine export live; the doctrine.)
5. Interview Protocols
We say yes to: practitioner podcasts (CS/RevOps), build-in-public formats, technical deep-dives. We decline: hot-take panels on AGI, competitor-bashing formats, anything requiring claims beyond the register. Standing prep: the 2-minute pitch (15 §3), the four angles, the three questions we always bridge to (what broke trust · who owns truth · what approval changes).
6. Statement Templates (pre-drafted for speed)
Incident/security statement skeleton: what happened (facts only, no speculation) → impact scope (tenants affected/not) → what fail-closed architecture contained → actions underway → commitment + next update time. Rule: publish within 4 hours of confirmed customer impact; accuracy > completeness; never "sophisticated attack" theater. (42 §5 posture.)
Industry-AI-incident comment (when a rival's agent makes news): empathy first, no gloating → the structural point (ungoverned autonomy fails predictably) → our design principle, one line → decline further comment on the specific vendor. (07 T4 scenario.)
Funding/launch templates: headline + boilerplate + founder quote slot + one customer/design-partner quote slot + fact sheet link. Pre-approved structure so news days are assembly, not authorship.
KPIs: press-page completeness (all assets current ≤ 90 days) · coverage accuracy (our category words used — the 51 §4 pickup metric) · response time to press inquiries < 24h · zero statements issued off-template in a crisis.
