02 — Product Definition and Category

Status: Canonical

Product definition

IntegrateWise is an operational continuity product composed of exactly three
user-facing concepts:

  1. Onboarding — identity, tenant, connections, schema readiness, and initial
    activation.
  2. User Workbench — the role-specific projection of authorised work and
    context.
  3. Silent Twin — a non-authoritative cognitive participant available
    contextually through the Four Buttons.

Platform breadth—Spine, MCP Pool, capabilities, governance, Hermes, sync, and
storage—supports these concepts but does not become additional product surfaces.

User promise

The user connects working systems, IntegrateWise normalises the relevant state
into the Adaptive Spine, and the Projection Engine composes the Workbench. The
user should not manually construct a schema, dashboard, AI prompt, or provider
integration to understand current work.

Differentiation

IntegrateWise differs from:

  • a dashboard, because it preserves canonical connected work state;
  • a connector catalogue, because connections are governed inputs to the Spine;
  • an AI chat, because the Twin inherits grounded context and remains
    non-authoritative;
  • an automation engine, because execution requires capability resolution,
    policy, approval, Hermes, and reconciliation;
  • a memory provider, because memory is distinct from canonical truth;
  • a CRM replacement, because source systems remain authoritative for their
    native records and outcomes.

The Four Buttons

The Twin is silent by default and surfaces only when there is material value or
the user explicitly invokes this grammar.

Claims discipline

Marketing may describe outcomes only when the corresponding runtime path and
evidence exist. “Supported” must distinguish catalogued, implemented, verified,
certified, and live. Marketplace submissions, host-to-host capability
inheritance, deployed models, and connector counts must not be presented as live
without recorded proof.
