IntegrateWise — Sales Playbook

Feature-first selling. No architecture jargon in the conversation.
Speak in what the buyer gets, not how it works.

The Sales Conversation Framework

Opening (30 seconds)

"How many tools does your team use to understand one account/client/customer?"

Wait for the answer. It's always 5+. Then:

"What if you could see everything about any account in one click — facts, conversations, alerts, knowledge, goals, relationships — all assembled automatically?"

The Three Hooks (pick based on buyer)

Hook 1 — For the person drowning in tabs:
"Connect your tools once. See everything in one screen. Your morning briefing is ready before you are."

Hook 2 — For the person who missed a signal:
"The system watches your connected tools continuously. When something needs attention — a customer going quiet, a renewal approaching, usage dropping — it tells you. With evidence. Before it becomes a crisis."

Hook 3 — For the person who doesn't trust AI:
"Every insight comes with evidence — which data, from which tool, how recent. The AI doesn't just read your CRM — it reads your emails, your documents, your meeting notes, and your accumulated knowledge. It thinks in full context. And when it learns something new, it asks you first. You approve what enters the knowledge. You reject what doesn't. Nothing writes to memory without your say."

Feature-Based Selling by Role

Selling to Individual Contributors (CSM, CA, Account Manager, Freelancer)

Features they care about:

FeatureWhat You Say
Complete account view"Click on any account and see everything — CRM data, emails, tickets, usage, AI insights — in one view. No more opening 4 tools to prep for a meeting."
Morning briefing"Every morning, the system tells you which accounts need attention and why. Ranked by severity. With evidence."
Unified timeline"Every interaction across every tool — emails, calls, tickets, meetings — in one chronological stream per account."
Task queue"Prioritized actions from AI insights and your own input. The system tells you what to do first."
Quick notes"Log a note, tag a stakeholder, attach it to the account — without leaving the view."

Demo flow: Connect their CRM → show one of their accounts in the complete view → show a morning briefing → show a task queue.

Qualifying question: "How much time do you spend gathering data before a client meeting?"

ROI pitch: "CSMs spend 3+ hours/day on data gathering. At $80/hr fully loaded, that's $62K/year per CSM. A team of 10 wastes $620K/year. IntegrateWise pays for itself in the first month."

Selling to Managers and Directors

Features they care about:

FeatureWhat You Say
Portfolio health map"See all your accounts on one grid — colored by health, sized by value. Spot the red ones instantly."
AI insight feed"Real-time stream of every insight fired across your portfolio. Know what's happening before your team tells you."
Segment analysis"Compare health trends across any dimension — by tier, industry, geography, owner. See which segments are declining."
Team performance"See how fast your team responds to AI insights, which accounts they've saved, and where they need help."
Renewal calendar"Visual calendar of every upcoming renewal with health overlay. No surprises."

Demo flow: Show the portfolio health map → filter to at-risk accounts → show the AI insight feed → show team performance.

Qualifying question: "How do you currently know which accounts are at risk across your portfolio?"

ROI pitch: "Most teams catch churn at renewal time — too late. IntegrateWise catches it 6 weeks earlier. A 2% improvement in retention on a $10M book is $200K saved."

Selling to Executives (VP, C-suite, Board)

Features they care about:

FeatureWhat You Say
Retention forecast"Predicted retention for next 1, 2, and 4 quarters — based on actual signals, not gut feel."
Revenue at risk"Value-weighted list of accounts with active risk signals. You see exactly how much revenue is in danger."
Board-ready export"One-click PDF/PPT of key metrics. No more manual board deck assembly."
Executive escalations"Accounts flagged by your team for senior intervention — with full context and evidence."

Demo flow: Show the retention forecast → show revenue at risk → show the board export → show an escalation with evidence.

Qualifying question: "How confident are you in your retention forecast for next quarter?"

ROI pitch: "A 3-point improvement in retention is worth $X on your book. IntegrateWise gives you the visibility to make that happen."

Selling to Founders and Operators (Business Ops)

Features they care about:

FeatureWhat You Say
One dashboard"Your entire business in one screen — revenue, pipeline, clients, tasks, AI insights. No more 12 tabs."
Morning brief"Every morning: '3 things that need your attention today' — with evidence and suggested actions."
Cross-function visibility"Sales pipeline × customer health × support load × product usage — all in one view."
AI-generated weekly brief"Every Monday: a summary of what happened last week, what needs attention this week, and what the AI recommends."

Demo flow: Show the ops dashboard → show the morning brief → show cross-function signals → show a weekly brief.

Qualifying question: "How many tabs do you have open right now?"

Objection Handling (Feature Language)

ObjectionResponse
"We already use Gainsight/Totango.""Those tools need you to configure rules manually. IntegrateWise watches patterns across all your tools automatically and tells you what matters — with evidence. We complement your CS tool by feeding it better data."
"We built internal dashboards.""Dashboards show data. IntegrateWise tells you why a metric changed and what to do about it. The AI connects dots across tools that no single dashboard can see."
"Our data is too messy.""That's exactly why you need this. The system automatically cleans, deduplicates, and organizes your data across all sources. Messy data is our input — clean, unified profiles are our output."
"How is this different from a CDP?""CDPs focus on marketing audiences. IntegrateWise focuses on operational intelligence — account health, business workflows, AI-verified knowledge. Different user, different value."
"We can't afford another tool.""Your team spends 3+ hours/day gathering data. That's $62K/year per person wasted. IntegrateWise pays for itself in the first month."
"Our team won't adopt it.""IntegrateWise replaces tab-switching, not adds to it. Morning briefings and one-click meeting prep mean people want to open it."
"What about data security?""Your workspace is completely isolated from every other workspace. Database-level security. Encrypted credentials. Every action logged. Full audit trail."
"I don't trust AI.""Neither do we — that's why we built TruthLayer. The AI reads your data, your conversations, and your accumulated knowledge — full context. But when it learns something new, it proposes it first. You approve what enters memory. Every insight shows its evidence."
"What if a connector breaks?""Each step in the data processing has automatic retry. If something fails, nothing is lost — it retries automatically. Connector health is monitored in real-time."
"We need enterprise features.""Enterprise tier includes SSO, full audit trail, 99.9% SLA, dedicated support, and custom connector development. Built for enterprise from day one."

Demo Script (15 Minutes)

Minute 0-2: The Hook
"Let me show you what your accounts look like when everything is connected."

Minute 2-5: Connect + Complete View
Show a real account with data from multiple tools assembled in one view. Point out: "This data came from Salesforce. This came from Zendesk. This came from Stripe. All assembled automatically."

Minute 5-8: AI Insights
Show an AI insight firing on an account. "See this? The system noticed usage dropped 42% and there's a renewal in 45 days. It's telling you to act now — with evidence."

Minute 8-10: Three Layers + TruthLayer
Show the complete view with all three layers. "This is the data from your CRM — that's Truth. This is the email thread from last week — that's Context. And this is what the AI learned from your last session and you approved — that's Knowledge Memory. The AI reads all three to give you this insight. And when it learns something new, it asks you first."

Minute 10-12: Portfolio View (for managers)
Show the health map. "Every account, colored by health, sized by value. The red ones need attention. The AI is already telling you why."

Minute 12-14: Q&A

Minute 14-15: Next Steps
"Want to see this with your own data? We can connect 3 of your tools in 30 minutes and show you your accounts unified."

Cold Email — CS Leader

Subject: Your team is spending 3 hours/day on data gathering

Hi [First Name],

Quick question: how much time do your CSMs spend switching between tools just to understand one account?

We built IntegrateWise to fix that. It connects to your existing stack, cleans and organizes the data, and shows you a complete view of any account in one click. The AI watches patterns across all your tools and tells you what needs attention — with evidence.

Would a 15-minute demo be worth your time this week?

Cold Email — Founder

Subject: How many tabs do you have open right now?

Hi [First Name],

I used to check 12 tabs every morning just to understand my business. Stripe, HubSpot, Slack, Jira, Sheets — by the time I had context, an hour was gone.

I built IntegrateWise to fix that. One screen. Everything connected. AI that tells you what needs attention — and only remembers what you've confirmed.

Pilot Success Criteria

A pilot is successful if:

  1. They connect at least 1 tool during the demo or within 48 hours
  2. They see their own data in the complete account view (not demo data)
  3. They say "this would save me [X] hours per week" or equivalent
  4. They agree to a 30-day trial or paid subscription
  5. They provide a testimonial quote or agree to be a reference

If 2 out of 3 pilots meet criteria 1-3, the product-market fit signal is strong.
