GTM Motion Implementation Summary

Tier C — Historical. This document is a point-in-time snapshot preserved for reference. For current architecture, see CANONICAL_PLATFORM_ARCHITECTURE.md.

The Headline

"One marketplace connection, one auth. Your AI tools are now wired into your organizational Spine."

What We're Launching

The Product Motion

A seamless integration between IntegrateWise and AI clients (Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Replit, Lovable) via MCP protocol + OAuth.

The User Experience

1. User opens Claude Desktop
2. Sees IntegrateWise in marketplace
3. Clicks "Connect" → OAuth flow → JWT token
4. Claude now has access to:
   • Live Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, NetSuite data
   • Agent Lee for recommendations
   • Shared memory of past decisions
   • Ability to write decisions, tasks, notes back to Spine

5. Every other AI tool (ChatGPT, Perplexity) also connects
6. They all see the same Spine data
7. All decisions are shared and learned from

The Data Promise

Every AI activity writes to the Spine:

  • Conversations logged
  • Decisions persisted
  • Tasks created and synced
  • Metrics updated automatically
  • Agent Lee learns and improves

User opens Claude Desktop
Browses marketplace
Finds "IntegrateWise" with 4.9★ rating
Description: "Wired business intelligence for AI"
Status: "Connect"

Step 2: Authorization (1.5 minutes)

User clicks "Connect"
  ↓
Claude redirects to: https://integratewise.ai/auth
  ↓
User sees: "Claude is requesting access to your business data
           (Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, NetSuite, etc.)"
  ↓
User enters email: sarah@acmecorp.com
  ↓
Continuity Bridge:
  - Identifies tenant (acmecorp.com)
  - Creates user if new
  - Issues OAuth code
  ↓
User clicks "Authorize"
  ↓
Token exchange completes
  ↓
Claude saves token locally
  ↓
Status: "Connected ✓"

Step 3: Tools Activated (30 seconds)

Claude loads IntegrateWise tools:
  ✓ read_spine - Query live business data
  ✓ query_memory - Search past decisions
  ✓ invoke_agent_lee - Get recommendations
  ✓ write_decision - Log decisions
  ✓ create_task - Make tasks

Step 4: First Use (2 minutes)

User: "Should we pursue Acme Corp as a customer?"

Claude calls MCP tools:
  1. read_spine("account", "acme_corp", scope="sales")
     Returns: {
       name: "Acme Corp",
       revenue: $50M,
       csm_health: 0.92,
       renewal_date: "2025-03-15",
       expansion_opportunity: "Multi-product upsell"
     }

  2. query_memory("large_tech_companies_similar_revenue")
     Returns: [
       { company: "TechCorp", pursued: true, outcome: "won" },
       { company: "DataFlow", pursued: true, outcome: "won" },
       { company: "CloudSync", pursued: false, outcome: "N/A" }
     ]

  3. invoke_agent_lee({
       context: { account_id: "acme_corp" },
       request: "Should we pursue?"
     })
     Returns: {
       proposal: "PURSUE",
       confidence: 0.92,
       reasoning: "Strong health, good market timing, expansion fit"
     }

  4. write_decision({
       entity_id: "acme_corp",
       decision_type: "pursue",
       reasoning: "Strong health + expansion opportunity",
       evidence: [
         { source: "HubSpot", field: "csm_health", value: 0.92 }
       ]
     })
     Response: Decision logged ✓

Claude responds:
  "Yes, pursue Acme Corp. Strong health (0.92), good expansion fit.
   Based on similar deals, 85% win rate. I've logged this decision
   for your team and Agent Lee. Check Salesforce for follow-up task."

Step 5: Continuous Intelligence (Ongoing)

Same conversation visible to:
  ✓ ChatGPT user (connected to same Spine)
  ✓ Perplexity user (same decision, same context)
  ✓ Sales dashboard (real-time metric update)
  ✓ Agent Lee (learns from decision)
  ✓ Salesforce (activity logged)
  ✓ Jira (task created)

Next week:
  Sales rep asks ChatGPT: "What happened with Acme Corp?"
  ChatGPT queries memory: "Last week, Claude recommended pursuing.
  I found similar companies that won. Let's schedule a follow-up."

The Competitive Moat

Why This Works Better Than Competitors

vs. Native Integrations (Salesforce native ChatGPT)

We: Works with Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Replit, Lovable → Salesforce
They: Only work with Salesforce CRM
Winner: We win (vendor agnostic)

vs. Zapier/Make (automation platforms)

We: Real-time decisions + intelligence + Spine persistence
They: Batch automation + rule-based
Winner: We win (real-time + intelligent)

vs. LangChain/LlamaIndex (developer tools)

We: Managed service + enterprise + production-grade
They: DIY framework + self-hosting + governance needed
Winner: We win (managed + governance)

vs. Embedded AI (Salesforce Einstein)

We: Works with ANY AI tool
They: Only in Salesforce UI
Winner: We win (universal)

Investor Narrative

"IntegrateWise is building the Spine layer for AI operations. Today, every AI tool (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) has to integrate with 30+ business systems individually. We've created a managed MCP endpoint that every AI tool connects to instead.

The magic: Every AI decision gets logged to the Spine. Agent Lee learns. Next AI tool sees the same decision context. Metrics update automatically. Sales, finance, and operations teams all see the same intelligence.

This is the MCP marketplace thesis—one endpoint, infinite connections, enterprise governance. We're capturing 10% of AI tool spending by becoming the Spine layer."
