1. Workers.dev Subdomain Down

Issue: All .connect-a1b.workers.dev URLs return error code: 1042

Resolution: Cloudflare subdomain routing issue. Does not affect production webhook delivery.

2. FOLDER_WATCHER Service Binding

Issue: integratewise-folder-watcher service binding returns error 1042

Impact: ⚠️ MINOR - Folder monitor webhooks cannot be processed

Status: Commented out in webhook-ingress wrangler.toml

Resolution: Deploy folder-watcher worker or remove dependency
