18 — GTM, Marketplace, Packaging, and Monetization
Status: Canonical publication gates; channel availability and review timing are Unverified
Public product boundary
The product name is IntegrateWise. IW-Spine-Network is the public
distribution identity, not a competing product name.
Distribution lanes
- IntegrateWise product: browser Workbench and internal Integration Manager.
- Plugin marketplaces/directories: IW-Spine-Network Plugin, containing
an MCP-backed app, focused embedded host UI, workflow skills and optional
templates. - MCP marketplaces/registries: IW-Spine-Network MCP, containing the
exact nineteen-tool OAuth-protected server, text/JSON fallback, optional
widgets and browser Workbench launch. - Direct provider apps: only where deeper provider installation, webhooks,
sync, or permissions require them. - Developer assets: SDKs, ADK, connector and capability kits, schemas,
examples, and documentation.
Connector publication
Do not publish sixty-five independent marketplace products. Classify each
connector as:
| Class | Treatment |
|---|---|
| Catalog definition | Visible only with accurate state |
| Direct strategic connector | IntegrateWise marketplace |
| Provider marketplace app | Publish only for required deeper access |
| Internal / Customer Zero MCP | Register internally; never public |
| Host-delegated capability | Register only after explicit host proof |
Initial publication targets
- IntegrateWise product website and documentation;
- IW-Spine-Network Plugin package, embedded UI resources, OAuth/consent flow,
skills and reviewer evidence; - IW-Spine-Network MCP remote-server metadata, ordinary-client fallback,
optional widgets and browser Workbench launch; - GitHub App if repository installation and webhooks are required;
- initial Customer Zero connector listings;
- small public SDK/ADK package set;
- status, support, security, privacy, and terms pages.
Third-party review completion is not part of the July 30 core product availability
promise.
Installation promise
Plugin or MCP installation applies the Customer Zero-proven reference activation
profile to a new or existing isolated customer tenant. In ChatGPT, the Plugin
provides the focused embedded control surface while ChatGPT remains the
conversation and agent controller. In the MCP marketplace lane, IntegrateWise
provides the standalone browser Workbench. Neither package shares Customer Zero
data or automatically inherits other host-app credentials. Those apps
participate only through host composition, explicit delegation or a direct IW
connector binding.
Publication states
draft → package_ready → staging → customer_zero_verified → submission_ready → submitted → published
Terminal lifecycle states are deprecated and withdrawn.
Claims and monetization
Pricing, entitlements, connector tiers, usage limits, support, and marketplace
plans must be tied to verified capabilities and operational costs. Do not charge
for catalog cards or imply write/sync support before certification.
Required asset pack
Name, logos, descriptions, categories, screenshots, demo, starter prompts, tool
and scope descriptions, privacy summary, support, docs, status, terms, reviewer
instructions, test tenant, safe sample data, negative cases, and release notes.
