Styling System
Tailwind Configuration
The component uses standard Tailwind classes:
// Colors
bg-white dark:bg-slate-950
text-slate-900 dark:text-white
border-slate-200 dark:border-slate-800
// Spacing
p-8 // padding
gap-4 // gaps
mx-auto // margins
// Responsive
grid-cols-1 md:grid-cols-2 lg:grid-cols-4
// Interactions
hover:bg-slate-100 dark:hover:bg-slate-800
transition-colors
Customization
Modify Tailwind classes directly in the component file:
// Change primary color
className="bg-green-50 dark:bg-green-900/10"
// to
className="bg-blue-50 dark:bg-blue-900/10"
// Change spacing
p-8 // to p-10 or p-6
// Change grid layout
lg:grid-cols-4 // to lg:grid-cols-3
Data Integration
Account Data
The component displays real account data from Spine:
const { data: accounts } = useSpineData("account");
// accounts = [
// { id: "acc_1", name: "Account A", health: "85" },
// { id: "acc_2", name: "Account B", health: "72" },
// ...
// ]
Signal Data
Critical signals are automatically detected:
const { getHighSeveritySignals } = useSignalDetection();
const criticalSignals = getHighSeveritySignals();
// Shows count in KPI card and notification badge
User Context
User information from Platform Provider:
const { user, orgId, permissions } = usePlatform();
// user = { name, role, id, ... }
// orgId = "org_xyz..."
// permissions = ["view_intelligence", ...]

Troubleshooting
Issue: Logo not displaying
Solution: Check public/logos/ directory contains SVG files and getBrandConfig() returns correct path.
Issue: Dark mode not working
Solution: Verify <html> element has dark class and Tailwind dark mode is enabled in tailwind.config.js.
Issue: Accounts not loading
Solution: Check useSpineData('account') hook is returning data from backend and Spine service is connected.
Issue: Navigation items not responding
Solution: Verify activeView state is updating correctly and view components are rendered.
Issue: Sidebar animation stutters
Solution: Check for CPU-intensive tasks running during toggle; use will-change: width CSS optimization.
Customization Examples
Change Primary Color
// Line ~120: KPI cards

Add New Navigation Item
const navItems = [

];
// Add view handler:
