Customer Zero — Canonical Operating Model

The Tier-0 Principle

Business Context is the semantic foundation of SpineWorkspace. Customer Zero must exercise the establishment, maintenance, and serving of Business Context. Without Business Context, Customer Zero has nothing to prove.

Purpose

IntegrateWise runs SpineWorkspace on its own operations before generalizing patterns.

The live Customer Zero surface should exercise:

  • sales;
  • marketing;
  • onboarding;
  • support;
  • product;
  • finance;
  • internal operations.

The existing Customer Zero material describes this as the operational backbone used internally to test approval flows, handoffs, Twin recommendations and integrated signals.

Customer Zero loop

Internal Need
→ Work
→ Business Context
→ Workbench
→ Twin
→ Governance
→ Execution
→ Reconciliation
→ Business Context Updated
→ Product Improvement

Required proof

Customer Zero should generate evidence for:

  • Business Context assembly time;
  • work completion;
  • tool-switch reduction;
  • governance;
  • reconciliation;
  • Twin usefulness;
  • continuity;
  • operational cost.

Rule

Customer Zero is a proving environment, not the source of customer architecture assumptions.
