IntegrateWise: Complete Implementation Summary

Tier C — Historical. This document is a point-in-time snapshot preserved for reference. For current architecture, see CANONICAL_PLATFORM_ARCHITECTURE.md.

Overview

A unified operational platform where:

  • Spine is the single source of truth (unified data via merge fields)
  • L1 Projections render tailored workbenches per role
  • L2 Twin Memory learns patterns and stores knowledge
  • 5 Domain Workspaces (personal, account-success, revops, salesops, integratewise-apac) provide specialized tools
  • Connectors ingest data from 15+ sources and hydrate the Spine

How to Use

Get User's Domain & View

const mapping = getRoleDomainMapping("cs_manager")
console.log(mapping.domain)     // "account-success"
console.log(mapping.defaultView) // "health-dashboard"

Route Quick Action

const url = getActionNavigationUrl(quickAction)
// Returns: "/workspace/account-success/meetings-view"

Access L1 Projection in Component

const { projection, domain, defaultView } = useL1Projection()

Get Suggested Connectors

const { suggestedConnectors } = useL1Projection()
// Returns: ["salesforce", "zendesk", "intercom"] for cs_manager

Performance

  • Role lookup: < 1ms (hash lookup)
  • Projection generation: < 1ms (factory function)
  • Action routing: < 1ms (hash map)
  • Navigation: < 100ms (React Router)
  • Total click-to-view: < 150ms

Security & Isolation

  • Each role restricted to specific domain(s)
  • Org-scoped data throughout
  • Connector auth per user
  • Permission enforcement per projection
  • Row-level security (RLS) on Spine queries

Extensibility

Add new role:

  1. Add to UserRole type in workbench-projections.ts
  2. Create buildYourRoleWorkbench() function
  3. Add case in generateProjectionForRole() switch
  4. Add mapping in roleDomainMappings object

Add new action:

  1. Add to QuickActionProjection in your workbench
  2. Add route in actionRouteMap in l1-domain-wiring.ts
  3. Implement handler in target domain view

Add new domain:

  1. Create /components/domains/yourdom/ folder
  2. Create shell.tsx, dashboard.tsx, views/
  3. Add to DomainConfig in domain-types.ts
  4. Add routes in l1-domain-wiring.ts

Testing Checklist

  • Load as sales_rep → salesops/pipeline
  • Load as cs_manager → account-success/health-dashboard
  • Load as ceo → integratewise-apac/executive
  • Click sales action → routes to salesops view
  • Click CS action → routes to account-success view
  • Click finance widget → routes to revops view
  • All 40+ action routes work
  • All 30+ widget routes work
  • Role change regenerates projection
  • Domain navigation persists on refresh
  • Suggested connectors show correctly
  • L1 metrics calculate correctly per role
  • Quick actions visible only for authorized role
  • Filters apply per domain
