Every logical plane → services, packages, apps, contracts, runtime, storage, external systems. How the Founder Canon maps to reality.

Every Logical Plane Becomes Something Runnable

The Founder Canon defines logical planes. This view maps each plane to services, packages, apps, contracts, runtime, storage, and external systems — without redefining the Canon.

Logical plane (Canon)Implemented as
Business Context Spineservices/spine, packages/spine-*, D1/KV + canonical entities, governed writers
Human Workbenchapps/web + apps/docs (Mintlify) — projections over the Spine
AI Workbenchservices/ai + services/twin, AI Gateway, ADK runtime, AI Continuity store (G-10)
Workpackages/work, services/work, Work state machine, evidence store
Projection / Context AssemblyProjection Engine + Context Fetch + Active Context Bundle contracts
Capability Fabricpackages/capability, ADK, MCP Pool routing, native + Marketplace capabilities
Governance / AuthorityPolicy engine, approval flows, Authority resolver
Hermesservices/hermes, execution routes, evidence capture
Sync / Verify / ReconcileLoader, Normalizer, Pipeline (four flows), verification + reconciliation
Identity / Tenancy / SecurityIW One Auth (Descope + Nango), tenancy isolation, audit/observability
Distributionapps/web, Continuity Bridge, MCP, APIs, SDKs

The canon diagram is the contract. This page is the map. Drift is tracked in Codebase Alignment — this page never redefines the Canon.

Where Detail Lives

  • Contracts — Contracts: schemas, commands, events, capabilities, projections, authority, Work, memory, integration.
  • Runtime wiring — Runtime Wiring: what imports what, what invokes what, live vs orphaned paths.
  • ADRs — ADRs: why AI Workbench superseded Twin Workbench, three continuities, Spine Agents, Discovery/Activation boundary, MCP routing.
