  3. Customer-Zero Model Established: Special tenant_class='customer_zero' for seeded testing
  4. D1 Migration Complete: All Supabase DATABASE_URL refs removed, D1 .results pattern standardized
  5. Outcome Event Handling Centralized: Server-side ID generation prevents conflicts
