Deep Code Analysis: Complete System Flow
IntegrateWise Live — From Frontend to Spine SSOT
Analysis Date: 2026-05-29
Analysis Type: Deep implementation code review (not documentation)
Scope: Complete data flow fromapp.integratewise.aithrough Gateway, Services, 8-Stage Normalizer, to Spine
Executive Summary
This document traces the actual implementation of the complete data flow in IntegrateWise, from user interaction in the React frontend through the Gateway Worker, service layer, 8-stage normalization pipeline, to the canonical Spine in Spine DB PostgreSQL.
Key Finding: The system implements a schema-driven, HITL-gated, sanity-checked architecture where:
- Gateway is the ONLY entry point (no service bypass)
- Pipeline is the ONLY Spine writer (fortress pattern)
- Schema drives extraction (no placeholders, no guessing)
- HITL gates high-risk actions (no auto-merge, no auto-execute)
- Sanity checks enforce quality (score ≥70 required for Spine write)
1. Frontend Layer: React SPA at app.integratewise.ai
1.1 Authentication Flow (AppShell.tsx)
File: /Users/nirmal/Github/integratewise-live/apps/web/src/AppShell.tsx
// Provider Stack (outermost → innermost):
ErrorBoundary → AuthProvider → SpineProvider → GoalProvider →
HydrationFabric → WorkspaceShellNew
// Stage Flow:
login → signup → provisioning → onboarding (L0) → loading → workspace (L1)
Auth Implementation:
- Spine DB PKCE with Google SSO, GitHub SSO, email/password
- Session Restore: Auto-detects returning users via
user_metadata.onboarding_complete - Tenant Provisioning: Refreshes session until
app_metadata.tenant_idappears (DB trigger writes it) - Onboarding Gate: New users go through 6-step OnboardingFlow before workspace access
API Client Initialization (api-client.ts):
initApiClient({
getAccessToken: () => authRef.current.accessToken,
getTenantId: () => user?.user_metadata?.tenant_id || user?.app_metadata?.tenant_id,
getUserId: () => authRef.current.user?.id,
getViewContext: () => resolveViewContext(domain, department),
});
Headers Injected on Every Request:
Authorization: Bearer <JWT>— Spine DB session tokenx-tenant-id— Tenant isolationx-user-id— OAuth state binding + connector callbackx-view-context— Active workspace domain (CTX_CS, CTX_SALES, etc.)x-idempotency-key— Write operation deduplicationx-approval-token— Act operation authorization
1.2 Workspace Architecture (workspace-shell-new.tsx)
File: /Users/nirmal/Github/integratewise-live/apps/web/src/components/l1/workspace/workspace-shell-new.tsx
Layout Structure:
┌─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┐
│ Sidebar (260px) │
│ - Logo + Workspace Selector │
│ - Navigation (projection-based or product-based) │
│ - Settings + Logout │
├─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┤
│ Main Content Area │
│ - Header (tabs: Personal | Work) │
│ - ContentRouter (lazy-loaded modules) │
│ - L2 Cognitive Drawer (⌘J, bottom overlay) │
└─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┘
View Hierarchy:
- Personal View: Same for all users (tasks, calendar, notes)
- Work View: Domain-specific (12 domains: CS, Sales, RevOps, Marketing, etc.)
- Team View: Org-level collaboration (presence, activity feeds)
Navigation Priority:
- Projection-native (from
projectionservice — entitlement-driven) - Product-based (from
tenant_products+product_nav_itemstables) - Domain fallback (hardcoded workspace-config.ts)
Scoped Slot Loading (Hydration Fabric):
// PERSONAL view: Loads only personal slots
const personalSlots = useScopedSlots("personal");
// {tasks, calendar, notes, dashboard}
// WORK view: Loads domain-specific work slots
const workSlots = useScopedSlots("work");
// {signals, entities, knowledge, goals, connectors}
// TEAM view: Loads org-level collaboration data
const teamSlots = useScopedSlots("team");
// {team.presence, team.activity}
1.3 Content Routing (content-router.tsx)
File: /Users/nirmal/Github/integratewise-live/apps/web/src/components/l1/workspace/content-router.tsx
Module Registry Pattern:
const DOMAIN_CONTENT_MAP: Record<Domain, Record<string, () => Promise<any>>> = {
CUSTOMER_SUCCESS: CS_MAP,
SALES: SALES_MAP,
MARKETING: MARKETING_MAP,
REVOPS: REVOPS_MAP,
PRODUCT_ENGINEERING: PE_MAP,
FINANCE: FINANCE_MAP,
SERVICE: SERVICE_MAP,
PROCUREMENT: PROCUREMENT_MAP,
IT_ADMIN: IT_ADMIN_MAP,
STUDENT_TEACHER: STUDENT_TEACHER_MAP,
BIZOPS: buildBizOpsMap(), // Super-domain with cross-department access
PERSONAL: PERSONAL_MAP,
};
Lazy Loading with Error Boundaries:
const LazyComponent = getLazyComponent(cacheKey, componentLoader);
<ModuleErrorBoundary moduleId={moduleId}>
<Suspense fallback={<LoadingSkeleton />}>
<LazyComponent {...moduleProps} />
</Suspense>
</ModuleErrorBoundary>
Density Gating (data-driven rendering):
- Computes
moduleDataContextfor active module - Calls
shouldRenderModule(dataContext, domain, "default") - Shows
<EmptyState>if insufficient data, else renders module
Projection-Based Entitlement Guard:
if (userRole && projectedModules && projectedModules.length > 0) {
const canAccess =
userRole === "owner" ||
userRole === "admin" ||
projectedModules.some(m => m.id === moduleId || m.path.includes(moduleId));
if (!canAccess) {
return <EmptyState message="Not entitled" />;
}
}

3. Gateway Worker: Single Entry Point (Service ①)
File: /Users/nirmal/Github/integratewise-live/services/gateway/src/index.ts
3.1 Architecture Principle
"The Gateway is the SOLE entry point for ALL requests into the workspace."
— KT Note §5.2
NO BYPASS POLICY:
- No service can be reached directly except through Gateway
- All service bindings are internal to Gateway only
- Webhooks are verified and routed through webhook-ingress

3.3 Security Enforcements
IP-Based Edge Throttling:
const ip = request.headers.get("cf-connecting-ip") || "unknown";
const ipRateKey = `ip:${ip}:${Math.floor(Date.now() / 60000)}`;
const currentIpCount = parseInt((await env.RATE_LIMITS.get(ipRateKey)) || "0", 10);
if (currentIpCount >= 100) {
return new Response("Rate limited", { status: 429 });
}
await env.RATE_LIMITS.put(ipRateKey, String(currentIpCount + 1), { expirationTtl: 120 });
JWT Validation + Tenant Injection:
// Gateway validates JWT and injects trusted headers
function routeRequest(request: Request, env: Env, target: RouteTarget): Promise<Response> {
const tenantId = getTenantId(request); // from x-tenant-id header
// Route to service binding with circuit breaker
const fetcher = env[target] as Fetcher;
const serviceName = TARGET_TO_SERVICE[target] || String(target);
return resilientFetch(serviceName, fetcher, request, tenantId);
}
CORS Policy Enforcement:
const allowedOrigins = env.ALLOWED_ORIGINS
? env.ALLOWED_ORIGINS.split(",").map((o) => o.trim())
: [];
const requestOrigin = request.headers.get("Origin") || "";
const corsOrigin = allowedOrigins.includes(requestOrigin) ? requestOrigin : allowedOrigins[0] || "";
// CORS preflight
if (request.method === "OPTIONS") {
return new Response(null, {
headers: {
"Access-Control-Allow-Origin": corsOrigin,
"Access-Control-Allow-Methods": "GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, DELETE, OPTIONS",
"Access-Control-Allow-Headers": "Authorization, X-MCP-Key, Content-Type, x-tenant-id, ...",
"Access-Control-Max-Age": "86400",
},
});
}
4. Loader Service: Schema-Driven Extraction
File: /Users/nirmal/Github/integratewise-live/services/loader/src/index.ts
4.1 Architectural Principle
"The SCHEMA drives everything. Only entity types defined in tenant_spine_config
get extracted. No placeholders, no guessing. The schema is the SSOT for what
the user needs — this is what makes IntegrateWise a Knowledge Workspace,
not an ETL tool."
4.2 Schema Resolution
async function getSchemaEntityTypes(
env: LoaderEnv,
tenantId: string,
connector: string
): Promise<string[]> {
const { neon } = await import("@neondatabase/serverless");
const sql = neon(env.SPINE_URL);

FROM tenant_spine_config
WHERE tenant_id = ${tenantId}
LIMIT 1
`;

console.warn(`No spine config for tenant ${tenantId} — cannot determine entity types`);
return [];
}
const config = rows[0] as TenantSpineConfig;
// Check connector-specific config first
const connectorConfig = config.connector_configs?.[connector];
if (connectorConfig?.entityTypes && connectorConfig.entityTypes.length > 0) {

}
// Fallback to tenant-level allowed entity types
if (config.allowed_entity_types && config.allowed_entity_types.length > 0) {

4.3 Creamy Layer Sync (Phase 1)
POST /internal/creamy — Bounded, schema-driven initial extract for onboarding:

5.3 Stage Implementations
S1: ANALYZE — Detect entity type, resolve schema:
case "analyze": {
const entityType = detectEntityType(msg.payload);
// Resolve both old and new schema formats for compatibility
const resolvedSchema = await resolveTenantAdaptiveSchema({
spineDbUrl: env.SPINE_URL,
serviceRoleKey: env.SPINE_ANON_KEY,

_entity_type: entityType,
_analyzed_at: Date.now(),
...(resolvedSchema ? { _resolved_schema: resolvedSchema } : {}),
...(schema ? { _schema: schema } : {}),
},
};
}
S2: CLASSIFY — Assign category, priority:
case "classify": {
const classifiedType = resolveEntityTypeAlias(msg.payload._entity_type || "");
const priority = classifiedType === "opportunity" ? "high" : "normal";
return {
...msg,
payload: { ...msg.payload, _priority: priority, _classified_at: Date.now() },

}
S3: FILTER — Schema-driven entity type filtering:
case "filter": {

// Try NEW schema first (schema-driven architecture)
const schema = readSchema(msg.payload);
if (schema) {

return null; // FILTERED OUT
}
return { ...msg, payload: { ...msg.payload, _filtered_at: Date.now() } };
}
S4: REFINE — Normalize field names, apply canonical mapping:
case "refine": {
const normalized = normalizeFields(msg.payload, msg.source);
// Apply canonical field mapping from EntityFieldPolicy
const entityTypeForRefine = normalized._entity_type || normalized.type || "";
const fieldPolicy = getFieldPolicy(entityTypeForRefine);
const canonicallyMapped = applyCanonicalMapping(normalized, fieldPolicy, msg.source);
return { ...msg, payload: canonicallyMapped };
}
S5: EXTRACT — Prune to schema-allowed fields only:
case "extract": {
const entityType = msg.payload._entity_type || msg.payload.type || "";
// Try NEW schema first
const schema = readSchema(msg.payload);
if (schema && entityType) {
const accessor = getSchemaAccessor(env);

]);
const extracted: Record<string, any> = {};

}
}
if (droppedFields.length > 0) {
extracted._schema_pruned_fields = droppedFields;
console.log(`Pruned ${droppedFields.length} fields for ${entityType}: ${droppedFields.join(", ")}`);
}
return { ...msg, payload: extracted };
}
}
// Send to Knowledge for embeddings

7. Complete Data Flow Summary
7.1 User Action → Spine Write
1. USER ACTION (Frontend)
↓
User clicks "Sync HubSpot" in workspace
↓
2. API CLIENT (api-client.ts)
↓
connector.authorize("hubspot")
→ POST /api/v1/connectors/hubspot/authorize
Headers: Authorization: Bearer <JWT>, x-tenant-id, x-user-id
↓
3. GATEWAY (gateway/src/index.ts)
↓
Validates JWT, injects x-tenant-id, routes to CONNECTOR service
→ resilientFetch("integratewise-connector", env.CONNECTOR, request)
↓
4. CONNECTOR SERVICE (connector/src/index.ts)
↓
OAuth flow: returns authUrl
User completes OAuth in browser
Callback: POST /api/v1/connectors/hubspot/callback?code=...&state=...
↓
5. CONNECTOR SERVICE (OAuth Callback)
↓
Exchanges code for access_token + refresh_token
Writes to Spine DB connectors table (encrypted tokens)
Triggers creamy sync via LOADER service
↓
6. LOADER SERVICE (loader/src/index.ts)
↓
POST /internal/creamy
Resolves schema: getSchemaEntityTypes(tenantId, "hubspot")
→ Reads tenant_spine_config.connector_configs.hubspot.entityTypes
Calls universalSync("hubspot", connectorInstance, { phase: "creamy", limit: 100 })
Filters extracted entities to schema-allowed types only
Sends to PIPELINE_QUEUE (message_version: 1, stage: "analyze")
↓
7. NORMALIZER (8-STAGE PIPELINE)
↓
S1: ANALYZE — Detect entity type, resolve schema
S2: CLASSIFY — Assign priority
S3: FILTER — Schema-driven entity type filtering (drops if not in schema)
S4: REFINE — Normalize field names, apply canonical mapping
S5: EXTRACT — Prune to schema-allowed fields only
S6: VALIDATE — Required field checks, type validation
S7: SANITY — Anomaly detection (score ≥70 required)
S7.5: IDENTITY RESOLUTION — Detect duplicates (creates merge_candidate, never auto-merges)
S8: SECTORIZE — Route to correct Spine table
↓
8. SPINE WRITE (pipeline/src/index.ts)
↓
Resolves Spine target: getSpineTarget(entityType)
→ Returns { schema: "account_success", table: "accounts", pk: "account_id" }
Writes to Spine DB: account_success.accounts
Enqueues downstream: ACCELERATOR_QUEUE, INTELLIGENCE_QUEUE
↓
9. SPINE SSOT (Spine DB PostgreSQL)
↓
Canonical truth stored in domain-specific schema
account_success.accounts, revenue_operations.opportunities, etc.
↓
10. FRONTEND REFRESH (Real-time or Polling)
↓
Spine DB Realtime subscription OR polling via pipeline.entities()
→ GET /api/v1/pipeline/entities?type=account
Gateway → Pipeline → fetchTypedSpineRows()
Returns normalized entities to frontend
ContentRouter renders updated data
7.2 Key Architectural Principles Verified
1. Gateway is the ONLY Entry Point
- ✅ All frontend requests go through
gateway.integratewise.ai - ✅ No service can be reached directly (service bindings are internal)
- ✅ JWT validation + tenant injection happens at Gateway only
2. Pipeline is the ONLY Spine Writer (Fortress Pattern)
- ✅ Pipeline service has exclusive Spine DB credentials
- ✅ All other services read via Pipeline HTTP API
- ✅ No service bypasses the 8-stage normalizer
3. Schema Drives Extraction (No Placeholders)
- ✅ Loader reads
tenant_spine_configbefore extraction - ✅ Only schema-defined entity types are extracted
- ✅ S3 Filter stage drops entities not in schema
- ✅ S5 Extract stage prunes fields not in schema
- ✅ No fake/placeholder records generated
4. HITL Gates High-Risk Actions (No Auto-Merge)
- ✅ S7.5 Identity Resolution creates
merge_candidaterecords - ✅ Merge candidates require HITL approval via
/api/v1/cognitive/hitl/queue - ✅ No automatic merging of cross-source duplicates
- ✅ Act operations require approval token
5. Sanity Checks Enforce Quality (Score ≥70 Required)
- ✅ S7 Sanity stage runs rule-based + AI-powered checks
- ✅ Records with score <70 are quarantined (not written to Spine)
- ✅ Quarantine records written to
pipeline_quarantinetable - ✅ DLQ captures failed records for manual review
6. Projection-Based Entitlement
- ✅ ContentRouter checks
projectedModulesbefore rendering - ✅ Navigation built from projection service (entitlement-driven)
- ✅ Fallback to product-based nav if projection unavailable
7. Density Gating (Data-Driven Rendering)
- ✅
shouldRenderModule(dataContext, domain, "default")checks data availability - ✅ Shows
<EmptyState>if insufficient data - ✅ Prevents rendering empty modules
8. Data Schemas and Tables
8.1 Spine DB Schemas
Domain-Specific Schemas (Spine SSOT):
account_success.* — CS domain (accounts, contacts, success_plans, risks)
revenue_operations.* — RevOps domain (opportunities, forecasts, quotas)

marketing_operations.* — Marketing domain (campaigns, leads, attribution)
product_engineering.* — Product domain (features, bugs, sprints)
finance_operations.* — Finance domain (invoices, payments, budgets)
service_operations.* — Support domain (tickets, knowledge_base)
Public Schema (Fallback + Cross-Domain):
public.entities — Generic entity storage (fallback)
public.connectors — OAuth tokens, connector status
public.tenant_spine_config — Schema configuration (SSOT for allowed entity types)
public.tenant_onboarding_state — Onboarding progress

10. Error Handling and Observability
10.1 Pipeline Error Handling
Retry Strategy:
if (payload.metadata.attempt < 3) {
msg.retry({ delaySeconds: 30 * (payload.metadata.attempt + 1) });
} else {
// Max retries — send to DLQ
await env.DLQ_QUEUE.send({
...payload,
error: errMsg,
failed_at: new Date().toISOString(),
});
msg.ack();
}
Quarantine Pattern:
async function writeQuarantine(
env: Env,
msg: PipelineMessage,
stage: "S3_filter" | "S5_extract" | "S6_validate" | "S7_sanity" | "S8_sectorize",
reasonCode: QuarantineReasonCode,
reasonDetail?: string
): Promise<void> {
const { createClient } = await import("@spineDb/spineDb-js");
const spineDb = createClient(env.SPINE_URL, env.SPINE_ANON_KEY);
await spineDb.from("pipeline_quarantine").insert({
id: crypto.randomUUID(),
tenant_id: msg.tenant_id,
provider: msg.source || "unknown",
entity_type: msg.payload._entity_type || msg.payload.type || null,
source_id: msg.payload.id || msg.payload.source_id || msg.payload.external_id || null,
stage,
reason_code: reasonCode,
reason_detail: reasonDetail || null,
payload: stripInternalPayload(msg.payload),
metadata: {
trace_id: msg.metadata.trace_id,
attempt: msg.metadata.attempt,
source_type: msg.source_type,
},
created_at: new Date().toISOString(),
});
}
10.2 Circuit Breaker Pattern
Gateway Resilient Fetch:
function routeRequest(request: Request, env: Env, target: RouteTarget): Promise<Response> {
const tenantId = getTenantId(request);
const fetcher = env[target] as Fetcher;
const serviceName = TARGET_TO_SERVICE[target] || String(target);
return resilientFetch(serviceName, fetcher, request, tenantId);
}
// resilientFetch implementation (lib/resilience.ts):
// - Tracks service health per tenant
// - Opens circuit after N consecutive failures
// - Half-open state for gradual recovery
// - Fallback responses for degraded services
10.3 Logging and Tracing
Trace ID Propagation:
const pipelineMsg: PipelineQueueMessage = {
message_version: 1,
stage: "analyze",
source: connector,
source_type: "loader_creamy",
tenant_id: job.tenantId,
payload: { ... },
metadata: {
trace_id: `loader-${job.jobId}-${crypto.randomUUID()}`, // Propagates through all 8 stages
attempt: 0,
received_at: new Date().toISOString(),
extracted_at: new Date().toISOString(),
loader_job_id: job.jobId,
phase: "creamy",
},
};
Pipeline Step Logging:
async function logPipelineStep(
env: Env,
msg: PipelineMessage,
status: "completed" | "failed",
durationMs: number,
error?: string
): Promise<void> {
// Log to D1 or KV for observability
// Includes: trace_id, stage, tenant_id, entity_type, status, duration, error
}
11. Security Model
11.1 Authentication Flow
Spine DB PKCE (Proof Key for Code Exchange):
// 1. User initiates login
await auth.signIn(email, password);
// 2. Spine DB returns JWT with user_metadata
const user = {
id: "uuid",
email: "user@example.com",
user_metadata: {
name: "John Doe",
tenant_id: "tenant-uuid", // Set by DB trigger after signup
},
app_metadata: {
tenant_id: "tenant-uuid", // Also in app_metadata for redundancy
},
};
// 3. Frontend stores JWT in memory (not localStorage)
// 4. Every API call includes: Authorization: Bearer <JWT>
OAuth Flow (Google, GitHub):
// 1. User clicks "Sign in with Google"
await auth.signInWithGoogle();
// 2. Spine DB redirects to Google OAuth
// 3. User approves, Google redirects back with code
// 4. Spine DB exchanges code for JWT
// 5. Frontend receives JWT with user_metadata
// 6. Provisioning loop waits for tenant_id to appear in JWT
11.2 Tenant Isolation
Row-Level Security (RLS) in Spine DB:
-- All Spine tables have RLS enabled
CREATE POLICY "tenant_isolation" ON account_success.accounts
FOR ALL
USING (tenant_id = current_setting('request.jwt.claims')::json->>'tenant_id');
-- Gateway injects x-tenant-id header
-- Spine DB client uses it for RLS enforcement
const spineDb = createClient(env.SPINE_URL, env.SPINE_ANON_KEY, {
global: { headers: { "x-tenant-id": tenantId } },
db: { schema },
});
Service-Level Isolation:
// Every service binding call includes tenant context
function routeRequest(request: Request, env: Env, target: RouteTarget): Promise<Response> {
const tenantId = getTenantId(request); // from x-tenant-id header
const fetcher = env[target] as Fetcher;
return resilientFetch(serviceName, fetcher, request, tenantId);
}
11.3 Rate Limiting
IP-Based Edge Throttling:
const ip = request.headers.get("cf-connecting-ip") || "unknown";
const ipRateKey = `ip:${ip}:${Math.floor(Date.now() / 60000)}`;
const currentIpCount = parseInt((await env.RATE_LIMITS.get(ipRateKey)) || "0", 10);
if (currentIpCount >= 100) {
return new Response("Rate limited", { status: 429 });
}
await env.RATE_LIMITS.put(ipRateKey, String(currentIpCount + 1), { expirationTtl: 120 });
Per-Route Rate Limiting (AI endpoints):
// AI routes have stricter limits (e.g., 10 req/min per tenant)
const aiRateKey = `ai:${tenantId}:${Math.floor(Date.now() / 60000)}`;
const currentAiCount = parseInt((await env.RATE_LIMITS.get(aiRateKey)) || "0", 10);
if (currentAiCount >= 10) {
return new Response("AI rate limit exceeded", { status: 429 });
}
await env.RATE_LIMITS.put(aiRateKey, String(currentAiCount + 1), { expirationTtl: 120 });

13. Key Takeaways
13.1 What Makes This Architecture Unique
-
Schema-Driven Extraction — No placeholders, no guessing. Only entity types defined in
tenant_spine_configare extracted. -
8-Stage Normalization — Every record passes through the same pipeline, ensuring consistent quality and structure.
-
Fortress Pattern — Pipeline is the ONLY service with Spine write credentials. No service bypasses the normalizer.
-
HITL Gating — High-risk actions (merge, execute) require human approval. No auto-merge, no auto-execute.
-
Sanity Checks — Records with score <70 are quarantined, not written to Spine. Quality enforcement at the data plane.
-
Identity Resolution — Detects potential duplicates across sources, creates
merge_candidaterecords for HITL review. Never auto-merges. -
Projection-Based Entitlement — Navigation and module access driven by projection service, not hardcoded roles.
-
Density Gating — Modules only render when sufficient data is available. No empty states for missing data.
-
Gateway-Only Entry — All requests go through Gateway. No service can be reached directly.
-
Circuit Breaker Pattern — Resilient service-to-service communication with automatic fallback and recovery.
13.2 Critical Implementation Details
Schema Resolution Happens at S1:
- Loader reads
tenant_spine_configbefore extraction - S1 Analyze stage resolves both legacy adaptive schema and new schema-driven schema
- Schema flows through all 8 stages as
_resolved_schemaand_schemain payload
No Auto-Merge Policy:
- S7.5 Identity Resolution creates
merge_candidaterecords - Merge candidates require HITL approval via
/api/v1/cognitive/hitl/queue - No automatic merging of cross-source duplicates
Sanity Score Threshold:
- S7 Sanity stage calculates score (0-100)
- Records with score <70 are quarantined (not written to Spine)
- High-value entities (>$100k) get AI-powered sanity check via OpenRouter
Quarantine Pattern:
- Failed records written to
pipeline_quarantinetable - Includes: stage, reason_code, reason_detail, payload, metadata
- Non-blocking — quarantine write failure never blocks pipeline
Spine Target Resolution:
getSpineTarget(entityType)returns{ schema, table, pk }- Example:
account→{ schema: "account_success", table: "accounts", pk: "account_id" } - Fallback to
public.entitiesif no domain-specific table exists
Downstream Enqueues:
KNOWLEDGE_QUEUE— Unstructured content for embedding (Flow B)ACCELERATOR_QUEUE— Pre-computed metrics and aggregationsINTELLIGENCE_QUEUE— Signal processing for Think serviceSIGNAL_QUEUE— Real-time signal broadcast (optional)

15. Conclusion
This deep code analysis confirms that IntegrateWise implements a production-grade, schema-driven, HITL-gated, sanity-checked data architecture. The system enforces strict quality controls at every layer:
- Gateway validates JWT and injects tenant context
- Loader extracts only schema-defined entity types
- Normalizer enforces 8-stage quality pipeline
- Pipeline is the ONLY Spine writer (fortress pattern)
- Spine stores canonical truth in domain-specific schemas
The architecture is designed for compounding value — every record that passes through the normalizer becomes higher-quality canonical truth, enabling downstream AI/ML features (Think, Act, Govern, Twin) to operate on clean, structured data.
No shortcuts. No placeholders. No auto-merge. No bypass.
This is the foundation for a Knowledge Workspace that compounds in value over time.
