The login page must include:
- IntegrateWise identity
- Email input
- Continue action
- Passwordless presentation
- Google and GitHub options
- Marketplace-origin message when present
- Local validation, loading, and error states
- Link to signup
- Responsive mobile layout
For the frontend-only increment, successful login loads a deterministic demo persona and opens /app/home.
Signup
The signup page must include:
- Name
- Work email
- Organization name
- Terms acknowledgement
- Marketplace-origin context
- Local validation
- Link to login
Successful local signup starts onboarding.
Onboarding data
Collect:
- Primary objective
- Industry
- Company size
- Name and job title
- Department
- Department role
- Seniority
- Organization role
- Workspace name and type
- Initial preferred views
Role assignment
The role step must preview:
- Assigned department
- Department role
- Organization access level
- Work views that will appear
- Platform modules available to the user
Activation preview
The activation step is a UI simulation and must show explicit stages:
Identity confirmed
→ Workspace prepared
→ Role assigned
→ Department views resolved
→ Source connector selected
→ Initial hydration preview
→ Workbench ready
The preview must not claim that a real connector, backend, or provider synchronization occurred.
Marketplace-origin behavior
When the entry context contains an external marketplace source, the UI must preserve and display:
- Marketplace name
- IW-Spine-Network as the installed connector/plugin
- Originating provider
- Expected first connection
- Resulting Workbench preview
Completion
The completion screen must show:
- User persona
- Organization and workspace
- Department and role
- Number and names of enabled Work views
- Sidebar preview
- Available connector and capability modules
- Open Workbench action
Do not auto-redirect before the user can inspect the activation result.
Local state
Onboarding must update the frontend demo session so that opening the Workbench renders the resolved role-specific navigation and content without a page reload.
