Tier C — Historical. This document is a point-in-time snapshot preserved for reference. For current architecture, see CANONICAL_PLATFORM_ARCHITECTURE.md.

Status: ✅ COMPLETE — Repository cleaned up and aligned
Next Phase: Multi-frontend wiring (Phase A)

1. Cleanup Summary

Archived (52 planning artifacts → _archive/)

Moved all phase completion docs, architecture variants, deployment guides, and status files to _archive/ for historical reference:

  • FINAL_DELIVERY_SUMMARY.md, PHASE_*_COMPLETE.md, DEPLOYMENT_*.md, RECOVERY_PLAN.md, etc.
  • Reference images (.v0-*.png), old capture scripts (.v0-capture.js)
  • Backup web app (apps/web.old/)

Result: Root now contains only essential docs: README.md, CANONICAL_STATE.md, ARCHITECTURE_INDEX.md, PLATFORM_THESIS.md.

Documented Hidden Folders (.HIDDEN_FOLDERS.md)

  • Essential: .git/, .github/, .vscode/, .vercel/, .env*, .npmrc, .prettier*
  • Cache: .pnpm-store/, .pnpm-home/, .turbo/, .logs/ (all gitignored, not tracked)
  • Persistent Memory: .iw-memory/, .v0-ref/ (preserved for chat continuity)
  • Deprecated (gitignored, not tracked): .claude/, .cursor/, .kimi/, .kiro/, .opencode/

Result: Hidden folder strategy documented; deprecated AI contexts no longer committed.

2. Frontend App Alignment

Web App (apps/web — @integratewise/os)

  • Type: Next.js 16 (primary OS)
  • Surface Area: 98 pages, 67 API routes, 38 view components
  • Backend Contract: lib/bridge/gateway.ts + lib/gateway-sdk.ts
  • Gateway Usage: NEXT_PUBLIC_USE_AI_GATEWAY config; all projections via Gateway
  • Status: ✅ 100% wired to projection-engine via Gateway

Desktop App (apps/desktop — @integratewise/desktop)

  • Type: Electron shell wrapping web app
  • Renderer: Loads web app from http://localhost:3000 (dev) or https://app.integratewise.ai (prod)
  • Backend Contract: Inherits web app's Gateway calls automatically
  • Status: ✅ Thin shell, automatically receives all web app functionality

Mobile App (apps/mobile — @integratewise/mobile)

  • Type: Expo / React Native
  • Surface Area: 5+ screens (signals.tsx, index.tsx, etc.)
  • Backend Contract: Currently hardcoded mock data + Supabase auth (separate from Gateway)
  • Status: ⚠️ Not aligned — zero Gateway calls, needs Phase D implementation
  • Blocker: Needs isomorphic client package (packages/gateway-client) or BFF layer (/api/mobile/*)

Local Monitor (apps/local-monitor)

  • Type: Node.js file watcher (chokidar + node-fetch)
  • Purpose: Sync IntegrateWise memory folder with backend live
  • Backend Contract: Direct HTTP calls (not using SDK)
  • Status: ✅ Separate concern, not user-facing

3. Backend Service Alignment

Gateway (CF Workers)

  • Route Table: /v1/* → projection-engine, /api/v1/* → services, /api/v1/mobile/* → (future BFF)
  • Service Bindings: 10+ services (govern, intelligence, connector, workflow, spine, etc.)
  • Status: ✅ Wired and operational

Projection Engine (CF Workers)

  • Facades: 14 total (12 wired to real services + 2 in progress)

  • Wired (12):

  • In Progress (2): Phase C new facades (pipeline, tam, knowledge, lead-lifecycle)

  • Status: ✅ Facade layer operational, service clients extended with missing methods

4. Alignment Verification Checklist

  • ✅ Root directory cleaned (52 planning docs archived)
  • ✅ Hidden folders documented (.HIDDEN_FOLDERS.md)
  • ✅ Git configuration aligned (.gitignore excludes cache + deprecated contexts)
  • ✅ Web app wired to Gateway (100% coverage)
  • ✅ Desktop app inherits web functionality (thin shell confirmed)
  • ✅ Projection-engine wired to all services (12 facades operational)
  • ✅ Service clients extended with missing methods (IAdaptiveSpineClient, IIntelligenceServiceClient, 3 new clients)
  • ⚠️ Mobile app not yet aligned (pending Phase D decision)

5. Next Steps (Decision Gates)

Phase A — Wire 5 Mock Surfaces (ready to start)

Surfaces currently using mock data that have facades ready:

  1. (cs)/accounts → account-health
  2. (cs)/risks → account-health
  3. (cs)/war-room → inbox
  4. (personal)/home + today → morning-context
  5. (ops)/ops → workflow-editor

Status: Ready to implement. Requires view component updates to use gateway SDK.

Phase B — SQL Schema Gaps

Schema tables missing for certain projections:

  • mem_continuity_findings (severity: C1–C4)
  • mem_continuity_map (artifact table)
  • spine_leads enum (11 stages)

Status: Blocked pending Neon/Supabase schema review.

Phase C — New Facades

5 new facades for currently unserved surfaces:

  • pipeline — /business/pipeline + /deals
  • tam — /cs/tam
  • knowledge — /personal/knowledge
  • lead-lifecycle — /leads + /sales (blocked on Phase B schema)
  • tasks — wire existing /api/v1/tasks endpoint (no facade needed)

Status: Ready to design after Phase B schema confirmed.

Phase D — Mobile Alignment

Expo app needs backend wiring. Two options:

  • Option A: Isomorphic client package (packages/gateway-client) — reuse SDK in React Native
  • Option B: BFF layer (/api/mobile/* in web app) — proxy Gateway calls with mobile-shaped responses

Status: Awaiting decision on approach.
