  • files/api/src/db.ts: 5 conflict markers
    • Accepted remote branch (251ba7d) containing tenancy implementation
    • Added tenantId parameter to createEntity, listEntities, getDashboardStats
    • Enforced WHERE clause filtering on all queries: WHERE tenant_id = ?
    • Result: Full tenant isolation in entity operations
  • packages/api/src/index.ts: 3 conflict markers
    • Consolidated webhook handlers (HEAD) with onboarding/tenant config endpoints (remote)
    • Added getTenantIdFromAuth helper for JWT validation
    • Tenant-scoped all entity queries
    • Result: All routes now require Authorization header with valid JWT

  • 35 Cloudflare Workers

Key Findings:

  • Descope: 952 references vs Clerk: 199 references → identity conflict
  • Duplicate admin surfaces: apps/platform-console (shell) vs apps/platform (active)
  • 8 stop-ship invariants at risk (see inventory for details)

  1. Identity Duplication:

    • Descope (952 refs) vs Clerk (199 refs)
    • IMPLEMENTATION_CONTRACT_v1.1 declares Clerk authoritative
    • Action: Phase 4 (Normalize Identity & Tenancy)

  2. Admin Surface Duplication:

    • apps/platform-console (canonical per architecture, currently shell)
    • apps/platform (active implementation)
