Result

The unauthorized post-stop API facades, placeholder tests, and inaccurate deployment-status document have been reverted. Historical and proposed documents are now explicitly classified, while runtime state, package semantics, Wrangler conflicts, and the unmounted simulated prototype remain untouched pending separate authority.
