Status: CANONICAL · Commercial OS
Owner: Founder → first hires' managers
Last verified: 2026-07-21
Purpose
How anyone who joins IntegrateWise — employee, contractor, agency, advisor — learns to speak, sell, and operate the company correctly, fast. The Commercial OS is the curriculum; this document is the course plan and the certification bar.
Target audience: New hires (all roles), founder (as trainer), external partners who represent us.
1. The Enablement Principle
Enablement here is not a deck — it's reading the operating system in the right order, then proving it. Every commercial answer a new person needs already exists in these 79 documents; the job is sequencing and certification, not re-teaching.
2. Onboarding Tracks (by role, first two weeks)
Track ALL (everyone, day 1–2 — the language and the story):
- 18 Terminology — memorize §2 definitions + §4 canonical lines
- 19 Product Narrative — the Day, cold
- 11 Positioning + 12 Messaging
- 14 Founder Story + 02 Vision/03 Mission
- Product doctrine (
../../doctrine/01-product-doctrine.md) — the control grammar and interaction laws - Certification ALL: deliver the 30-second pitch verbatim-or-better (15); define Workspace/Workbench/Twin/Spine/Governance without notes; state the three never-say rules (18 §6).
Track SALES (AE #1 — week 1–2): 33 ICP → 34 Personas → 36 Methodology → 37 Playbook → 38 Discovery → 39/40 Demo → 41 Objections → 09 Battle Cards → 29 ROI → 30 Pricing → 42/43 FAQs. Certification: run a full discovery roleplay producing all 8 outputs; deliver the demo hitting all 6 beats including the refusal; handle the canon-ten objections cold; build a correct 3-scenario ROI slide from sample discovery data.
Track CS (CS #1): 44 CS Playbook → 45 Onboarding → 28 Outcomes → 46 Expansion → 47 Renewal → 75 CS Metrics. Certification: run a Day-0 kickoff roleplay including the live-connection ceremony and baseline capture; classify three sample accounts G/Y/R with plays.
Track MARKETING: 20 PMM Guide → 56 Content → 52–55 → 13 Brand Story. Certification: write one essay + one LinkedIn adaptation that passes the voice audit checklist first try.
Track ENG (commercial context for engineers, half-day): ALL track + 28 Outcomes + 42 Security FAQ — engineers who know why the approval gate sells build better approval gates.
3. Standing Rituals (enablement never ends)
| Ritual | Cadence | Content |
|---|---|---|
| Win/loss readout | Monthly | 3 deals dissected against methodology; objection + battle-card updates (37 rhythm) |
| Message calibration | Monthly, 30 min | One canonical line drilled; one drift example corrected (18 watchlist) |
| Demo certification refresh | Quarterly | Everyone customer-facing re-runs the demo; script updated per release (39 §5) |
| Commercial OS audit | Quarterly | Terminology checklist across new assets; claims register refresh (79) |
| Customer-Zero hour | Monthly | Whole team works inside our own product (44 §1); frictions filed |
4. The Enablement Assets Shelf (single folder, kept current)
The 30-sec/2-min pitches (15) · demo environment access + backup film (39 §5) · the champion deck template (64 §4) · proposal + POV agreement templates (37, 32 §4) · security packet (42) · ROI calculator (29) · brand assets (65 §3).
KPIs: time-to-certified (ALL ≤ 1 week; role tracks ≤ 2 weeks) · certification pass rate first-try ≥ 80% (lower = curriculum problem, not people problem) · ritual completion rate 100% · message-drift incidents caught in audits (trending to zero) · new-hire pitch spot-checks passed at day 30/90.
