Purpose
The canonical answers to the questions every audience asks — one source so the website FAQ, sales answers, press responses, and candidate conversations never drift apart. Specialized FAQs stay authoritative for their domains (42 Security, 43 Procurement); this covers everything else.
Target audience: Everyone external; everyone internal who answers questions.
What is IntegrateWise?
The workspace for human and AI collaborative work. Your tools connect into a spine of truth your organization owns; you and your AI Twin work together on shared workbenches; the Twin prepares and proposes, you approve, and everything is auditable. Plainly: AI that remembers what you told it, finishes what it started, and doesn't make things up.
Is this an AI assistant / chatbot / copilot?
No — and the difference is structural, not marketing. Assistants and copilots are conversation surfaces beside your work, inside one app's silo, with memory they control. IntegrateWise is a workspace: you and your Twin share the same workbench and the same organizational truth. The Twin's help lands inside the work, with evidence; it can't write to memory or act without your approval.
Does it replace our CRM / support desk / other tools?
No. Your tools stay and keep doing their jobs. IntegrateWise assembles their truth into one governed picture and gives your team one place to work over it. "Salesforce is one of the tools we connect."
What's a Twin?
Your governed AI counterpart — one per person, scoped to your role. It notices what changed, explains from context, prepares briefs and drafts, and proposes actions with evidence. It never acts without your approval, and when it has nothing grounded to say, it says nothing.
What's the Adaptive Spine?
Your organization's canonical operational truth: every account, contact, and commitment assembled from your connected tools, with a source, timestamp, and confidence on every fact. It belongs to you — exportable anytime, in open formats. AI reads from it and proposes to it; only humans approve what enters it.
How is this different from [big vendor]'s AI?
Two questions separate the category: whose truth? (theirs lives inside their silo; yours should span all your tools and belong to you) and who approves? (their agents aim for autonomy; our Twin structurally requires your approval). Full comparison framework: the five category requirements on our manifesto page.
Who is it for?
Lead motion: B2B SaaS customer success and revenue teams (5–50 CSMs) drowning in tool sprawl — expanding to sales, RevOps, and exec workbenches on the same Spine. If your team checks 8 tools to understand one account, this was built for you.
How long does setup take?
Minutes per tool (OAuth), first value same day. The workbench opens after initial hydration; deep history back-fills in the background. There is no implementation project and no services fee.
What does it cost?
From $19/seat/month; most teams run Growth ($59) or Command ($119). A seat is a person plus their Twin — the AI is never a separate line item. Public pricing: /pricing. Typical ROI math: a CS seat reclaims ~$1,400+/month of reconstruction time.
Is our data safe? Is it used to train AI?
Tenant isolation at the database layer; encryption in transit and at rest; scoped projections (AI never sees unrestricted tenant data); never used to train foundation models; never shared across tenants. Full answers: Security FAQ / the /security page.
What happens if we leave?
Full export of your Spine, open formats, 60-day retrieval window, certified deletion. Your tools of record were never touched. We'd rather earn renewals than build exit friction — "truth you own" is a contract clause.
Who's behind this?
Founded by Nirmal, a former MuleSoft architect and customer success manager who lived both halves of the problem — and built the first version of the Spine to save an $8M account. Story: /about.
What stage is the company?
Design-partner program running; general availability [at launch]. We're deliberately transparent about stage — see honest status in everything from security certifications to roadmap language. Early customers get design-partner terms and roadmap influence.
Are you hiring?
Engineering first, then founding AE and CS. The bar: people who believe AI should be governed and humans should stay accountable. Write to the founder directly.
Maintenance: answers change only when their source documents change; quarterly consistency check against 18 Terminology + claims register (79). Website FAQ = this file, rendered.
KPIs: answer-drift incidents (target 0); support/sales question types not covered here (monthly intake → new canonical answers); FAQ-page → CTA conversion (73).
