Purpose
The whole commercial system in five minutes — for a new hire's first hour, an investor's first read, or the founder's own Monday-morning re-centering. Every sentence here is expanded somewhere in the 78 documents that follow; this is the map, not a substitute for the territory.
Target audience: Everyone, first.
The Company in One Paragraph
IntegrateWise is the workspace for human and AI collaborative work. Work today is scattered across 130+ disconnected applications, and people spend 2–4 hours a day being the glue — the Human API. AI made it worse: copilots bolted onto silos, assistants with amnesia, memory that guesses — until ~80% of adopters quietly demoted AI to writing emails. IntegrateWise recenters all of it: one Workspace where every person works on a Shared Workbench beside their governed AI Twin, over the Adaptive Spine — canonical operational truth the organization owns, assembled from every connected tool with a source on every fact. The Twin prepares, proposes with evidence, and stays silent without grounds; the human approves everything consequential; every action leaves an audit trail. Truth you own. AI you rent. Approval in between. (02 Vision · 19 Product Narrative)
The Strategy in Ten Sentences
- The category is the claim: we are creating "Workspace for Human and AI Collaborative Work," defined by a five-requirement rubric only we currently meet — shared surface, owned truth, governed collaboration, persistent continuity, capability execution. (05)
- The moat is two forks incumbents can't take: owned truth above the silo (silo vendors can't sell it) and mandatory approval (engagement- and autonomy-economics forbid it). (17, 08 §2)
- The wedge is Customer Success: the most measurable pain (3 hrs/day, churn surprises with dollar signs), the richest first data (CRM), HubSpot first. (33, 50 §4)
- The motion is founder-led, content-fed, proof-gated: the founder — MuleSoft architect + CSM who built the first Spine to save an $8M account — sells directly, fed by the category narrative, with every deal passing a 30-day POV on the customer's real stack. (14, 36, 57)
- Pricing is the philosophy priced: a seat is a human+Twin pair — $19/$59/$119 per seat/month on a trust-ladder of tiers (see truth → work with your Twin → govern the work), Enterprise custom, 97%+ gross margin. (30, 31)
- Value is counted, not claimed: baselines at kickoff, the ROI model in the customer's own numbers (conservative case ~14x), documented catches with evidence chains, realized-value reviews that become the renewal deck. (29, 28)
- Expansion is architectural: same Spine, new benches — seats, tiers, and departments compound to NRR ≥ 120%; the renewal argument is what the Spine now knows. (46, 47)
- The plan is phase-gated: prove (4 paying, activation ≥ 70%, 2026) → repeat (25 customers, ratios held, AE #1) → compound (expansion + partners + Series A metrics, ~$1M ARR exit 2027); no next-phase spend while current gates are open. (50 §2, 77)
- India and UAE are designed, priced, and deliberately parked behind explicit activation gates — deep before wide. (78)
- The north star is collaboration itself: Approved Twin Actions per seat per week — the one number that proves humans and AI are actually doing governed work together. (72 §1)
The State of Play (July 2026 — honest)
Built: 70+ connectors, sub-200ms Entity360, TruthLayer approval-gated memory, governed action lifecycle, the full doctrine — a complete intellectual and infrastructural framework. Not yet: the end-to-end user moment (login → connect → hydrated morning), paying customers, certifications. Therefore: everything in this OS points at one Q3 objective — a real CSM's day, measurably lighter (76 §2) — followed by a Q4 launch and seed raise on evidence, not promises (51, 68). The biggest risk is not competition; it's breadth before proof — and this system's phase gates are the control. (10 SWOT)
