Commercial Canon — Category, Doctrine, and Voice

Category: Workspace for Human and AI Collaborative Work. Never position as: AI chatbot, assistant, copilot, integration platform, iPaaS, dashboard, knowledge base, or "operating system/platform" as a category label (DECISION 23).

One-liner: IntegrateWise is the workspace where humans and their Twins do the work together — one shared workbench, governed actions, and truth the organization owns.

Plain form: AI that remembers what you told it, finishes what it started, and doesn't make things up.

Product stack: Workspace → Shared Workbench → Human + Twin Collaboration → Capability Execution → Organizational Continuity.

Canonical lines (quote exactly)

  • "Truth you own. AI you rent. Approval in between." — brand doctrine
  • "My work already knows its context. AI prepared the hard parts. I decide." — experience promise
  • "Every AI remembers. Only IntegrateWise remembers the truth." — trust line
  • "The Twin prepares. The human approves." — governance law
  • "AI never owns organizational truth. The Adaptive Spine owns truth." — architecture doctrine
  • "The next piece of work starts where the last one ended." — continuity promise
  • "Dashboards show work. Workbenches do work." — vs. BI
  • "Copilots visit your apps. IntegrateWise is where work lives." — vs. copilots

The narrative frame

Three failures → three pillars: Fragmentation ("I'm the Human API") → One Workspace · Amnesia ("I told it once. It forgot.") → A Twin on the Bench · Anarchy ("It did something. Nobody approved it.") → Truth You Own.

The Four Enemies: Amnesia · Babysitting · Hallucination · Human API. The Empty Context Tax: auth again, connect again, explain again, search again, reconstruct again, start again. The Quiet Demotion: the ~80% who tried AI, got burned, and downgraded it to writing emails — our exact market; they need trust restored, not education.

Core definitions (verbatim)

  • Workspace: the single environment where an organization's people and their Twins do their work.
  • Shared Workbench: a role-composed working surface, projected from the Adaptive Spine, where a human and their Twin collaborate on the same live work.
  • Twin: a person's governed AI counterpart — prepares, suggests, proposes; never owns truth, never acts without approval.
  • Adaptive Spine: the canonical, governed operational state of the organization — the system that owns truth.
  • TruthLayer: the approval gate on organizational memory — AI proposes, human approves, only then knowledge enters the Spine.
  • Governed Action: work performed under policy with approval and audit.

Voice rules — never say

"Operating System"/"platform" as category · "Capability Fabric" in customer-facing copy (internal name only; say "governed actions across your connected tools") · "assistant/chatbot/copilot" for the Twin · "replace your CRM" · "AI that runs your business" / autonomy promises · competitor names in advertising.
