For current architecture, see [CANONICAL_PLATFORM_ARCHITECTURE.md](../architecture/CANONICAL_PLATFORM_ARCHITECTURE.md).\n\n## Current Status: DEPLOYED ✓\n\n**Production URL**: https://web-arugyvamj-integratewises-projects.vercel.app  \n**Alias**: https://web-two-chi-13.vercel.app  \n**Demo Page**: `/public-demo` (working locally, gated on Vercel by project auth)\n\n## What's Working\n\n### Local Development (localhost:3333)\n- Full app with all 63 routes compiled and optimized\n- Public demo page at `/public-demo` - Shows three-spine architecture\n- Layer switcher in sidebar (Human/AI/Collaborate/Approve buttons)\n- Middleware properly handles missing Supabase config\n- All pages render without 500 errors\n\n### Vercel Production\n- App deployed successfully\n- 62 routes optimized and live\n- Build passes with no errors\n- Environment variables encrypted and stored\n- Middleware deployed and active\n\n## Three-Spine Architecture\n\n**Human Spine (L1)** - Blue  \nGround truth for goals, decisions, outcomes\n\n**AI Spine (L3)** - Purple  \nReasoning traces, proposals, signals with confidence\n\n**Collaboration Spine (L2)** - Amber  \nJoint approvals, memory compounding, outcomes\n\n**Governance (L4)** - Green  \nApprovals, compliance, audit trails\n\n### Unified Lifecycle\nAll three spines flow through: **INTAKE → PROMOTION → MEMORY → DECAY → CONTINUITY**\n\n## Deployment Details\n\n**Backend**: Cloudflare Workers (Gateway, Spine, Twin, Governance)  \n**Frontend**: Next.js 16 + React 19.2 on Vercel  \n**Database**: Supabase PostgreSQL (configured via env vars)  \n**Auth**: Supabase native auth (currently using placeholder values)\n\n## Known Issues & Fixes\n\n### 500 Error (FIXED)\n**Issue**: Middleware was throwing 500 errors when Supabase config was missing or incorrect  \n**Fix**: Added graceful fallback - detects placeholder env vars and allows public routes without Supabase\n\n### Vercel Project Auth Layer\n**Issue**: Vercel project has team-level authentication enabled  \n**Status**: Public demo page works locally but requires auth on Vercel  \n**Solution**: Team member can disable authentication in Vercel dashboard project settings to make public routes accessible\n\n## Environment Variables Required\n\nSet in Vercel project settings (currently using placeholders):\n```\nNEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_URL=https://your-project.supabase.co\nNEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_ANON_KEY=your-anon-key\nSUPABASE_SERVICE_ROLE_KEY=your-service-role-key\nNEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL=https://integratewise.vercel.app\n```\n\n## Next Steps\n\n1. **Real Supabase Credentials**: Add actual Supabase project URL and API keys\n2. **Test Auth Flow**: Verify Supabase authentication works end-to-end\n3. **Wire Backend APIs**: Connect three-spine lifecycle to Cloudflare Workers\n4. **Test Lifecycle Flow**: Verify Human Signal → AI Reasoning → Approval → Compound works\n5. **Scale to Multiple Tenants**: Replicate Customer Zero pattern for production users\n\n## Local Testing\n\n```bash\ncd /vercel/share/v0-project/apps/web\npnpm dev\n# Visit http://localhost:3333/public-demo\n```\n\n## Production Access\n\nCurrent: https://web-arugyvamj-integratewises-projects.vercel.app/public-demo  \n(May be gated by Vercel project authentication)\n\nContact: Use GitHub PR or reach out to team to request public demo link access.\n"}
