For current architecture, see [CANONICAL_PLATFORM_ARCHITECTURE.md](../architecture/CANONICAL_PLATFORM_ARCHITECTURE.md).\n\n## Overview\n\nImplemented the Workspace Projection Architecture - a clean separation between frontend and backend that eliminates widget-by-widget API coupling.\n\n**Before:** HomeView called 4+ different endpoints → Widget-level coupling\n**After:** HomeView calls 1 endpoint → Returns complete DTO → Widgets are pure presentation\n\n---\n\n## What Was Built\n\n### 1. Frontend Architecture (Complete)\n\n**Files Created:**\n- `packages/lib/src/workspace-dashboard.ts` (109 lines)\n  - `WorkspaceDashboard` DTO with all dashboard data\n  - Nested DTOs: Task, Insight, Activity, Metrics\n  - Tier structure: Required, Optional, Future\n  - 100% TypeScript coverage\n\n- `packages/lib/src/gateway-sdk.ts` (194 lines)\n  - `GatewaySDK` class with business operations\n  - `sdk.workspace.dashboard()` - single entry point\n  - No service names exposed to frontend\n  - Proper error handling and auth headers\n\n**Files Updated:**\n- `apps/web/components/views/home-view.tsx`\n  - Removed 2+ useEffect hooks → 1 useEffect\n  - Removed 5+ state variables → 1 state (dashboard DTO)\n  - Removed Supabase hooks\n  - All widgets now pure presentation (receive props)\n  - Updated rendering:\n    - Health Score: `dashboard.health_score`\n    - KPI Cards: `dashboard.metrics`\n    - Tasks: `dashboard.tasks`\n    - Insights: `dashboard.insights`\n    - Activity: `dashboard.activity`\n  - Loading states with Skeleton components\n  - Error states with AlertTriangle icons\n\n- `apps/web/app/(app)/dashboard/page.tsx`\n  - Changed from redirect → renders HomeView\n  - Added proper metadata\n  - Maintains auth protection\n\n### 2.
