Every sentence here is expanded somewhere in the 78 documents that follow; this is the map, not a substitute for the territory.\n\n**Target audience:** Everyone, first.\n\n---\n\n## The Company in One Paragraph\n\nIntegrateWise is the **workspace for human and AI collaborative work**. Work today is scattered across 130+ disconnected applications, and people spend 2–4 hours a day being the glue — the Human API. AI made it worse: copilots bolted onto silos, assistants with amnesia, memory that guesses — until ~80% of adopters quietly demoted AI to writing emails. IntegrateWise recenters all of it: one Workspace where every person works on a **Shared Workbench** beside their governed AI **Twin**, over the **Adaptive Spine** — canonical operational truth the organization owns, assembled from every connected tool with a source on every fact. The Twin prepares, proposes with evidence, and stays silent without grounds; the human approves everything consequential; every action leaves an audit trail. **Truth you own. AI you rent. Approval in between.** ([02 Vision](02-company-vision.md) · [19 Product Narrative](../04-product-marketing/19-product-narrative.md))\n\n## The Strategy in Ten Sentences\n\n1. **The category is the claim:** we are creating \"Workspace for Human and AI Collaborative Work,\" defined by a five-requirement rubric only we currently meet — shared surface, owned truth, governed collaboration, persistent continuity, capability execution. ([05](../02-category-market/05-category-definition.md))\n2. **The moat is two forks incumbents can't take:** owned truth above the silo (silo vendors can't sell it) and mandatory approval (engagement- and autonomy-economics forbid it). ([17](../03-positioning-messaging/17-differentiation.md), [08 §2](../02-category-market/08-competitive-landscape.md))\n3. **The wedge is Customer Success:** the most measurable pain (3 hrs/day, churn surprises with dollar signs), the richest first data (CRM), HubSpot first. ([33](../06-customers/33-ideal-customer-profile.md), [50 §4](../09-gtm/50-gtm-strategy.md))\n4. **The motion is founder-led, content-fed, proof-gated:** the founder — MuleSoft architect + CSM who built the first Spine to save an $8M account — sells directly, fed by the category narrative, with every deal passing a 30-day POV on the customer's real stack. ([14](14-founder-story.md), [36](../07-sales/36-sales-methodology.md), [57](../11-marketing/57-founder-led-marketing.md))\n5. **Pricing is the philosophy priced:** a seat is a human+Twin pair — $19/$59/$119 per seat/month on a trust-ladder of tiers (see truth → work with your Twin → govern the work), Enterprise custom, 97%+ gross margin. ([30](../05-value-pricing/30-pricing-strategy.md), [31](../05-value-pricing/31-packaging-strategy.md))\n6. **Value is counted, not claimed:** baselines at kickoff, the ROI model in the customer's own numbers (conservative case ~14x), documented catches with evidence chains, realized-value reviews that become the renewal deck. ([29](../05-value-pricing/29-roi-framework.md), [28](../05-value-pricing/28-customer-outcomes.md))\n7. **Expansion is architectural:** same Spine, new benches — seats, tiers, and departments compound to NRR ≥ 120%; the renewal argument is what the Spine now knows. ([46](../08-customer-success/46-expansion-strategy.md), [47](../08-customer-success/47-renewal-strategy.md))\n8. **The plan is phase-gated:** prove (4 paying, activation ≥ 70%, 2026) → repeat (25 customers, ratios held, AE #1) → compound (expansion + partners + Series A metrics, ~$1M ARR exit 2027); no next-phase spend while current gates are open. ([50 §2](../09-gtm/50-gtm-strategy.md), [77](../13-operations/77-annual-gtm-plan.md))\n9. **India and UAE are designed, priced, and deliberately parked** behind explicit activation gates — deep before wide. ([78](../13-operations/78-international-expansion.md))\n10. **The north star is collaboration itself:** Approved Twin Actions per seat per week — the one number that proves humans and AI are actually doing governed work together. ([72 §1](../13-operations/72-revenue-metrics.md))\n\n## The State of Play (July 2026 — honest)\n\n**Built:** 70+ connectors, sub-200ms Entity360, TruthLayer approval-gated memory, governed action lifecycle, the full doctrine — a complete intellectual and infrastructural framework. **Not yet:** the end-to-end user moment (login → connect → hydrated morning), paying customers, certifications. **Therefore:** everything in this OS points at one Q3 objective — a real CSM's day, measurably lighter ([76 §2](../13-operations/76-quarterly-okrs.md)) — followed by a Q4 launch and seed raise on evidence, not promises ([51](../09-gtm/51-launch-strategy.md), [68](../12-corporate/68-fundraising-story.md)). The biggest risk is not competition; it's breadth before proof — and this system's phase gates are the control. ([10 SWOT](../02-category-market/10-swot-analysis.md))\n\n## How to Use This Commercial OS\n\nStart at the [README index](../README.md). Language conflicts → [18 Terminology](../03-positioning-messaging/18-terminology-guide.md) wins. Price conflicts → [30](../05-value-pricing/30-pricing-strategy.md) wins. Metric conflicts → [72](../13-operations/72-revenue-metrics.md) wins. Market numbers → [06](../02-category-market/06-market-analysis.md) only. New hires → [71 Internal Enablement](../13-operations/71-internal-enablement.md) is your first week. Everything cross-links; nothing contradicts; evolutions are recorded, never silently rewritten ([79 §3](../14-appendix/79-appendix.md)).\n\n**KPIs (of the whole system):** the phase-gate scoreboard ([50 §2]) · the north star ([72 §1]) · and one meta-metric: every important commercial question answerable by a linked document in under two minutes.\n\n---\n\n**Related:** [README](../README.md) · [02 Vision](02-company-vision.md) · [50 GTM Strategy](../09-gtm/50-gtm-strategy.md) · [77 Annual Plan](../13-operations/77-annual-gtm-plan.md)\n"}
