Everyone at IntegrateWise delivers these verbatim-or-better.\n\n**Target audience:** Everyone who ever answers \"so what does IntegrateWise do?\"\n\n---\n\n## 1. Ten Seconds (the hook)\n\n> \"IntegrateWise is the workspace where you and an AI Twin do the work together — one shared workbench instead of thirty tabs, and nothing happens without your approval.\"\n\nAlternative (problem-first):\n\n> \"You know how you're the one copy-pasting between all your tools, and every AI you try forgets everything? We fixed both — in one workspace.\"\n\n## 2. Thirty Seconds (the standard)\n\n> \"Your tools don't talk to each other, and your AI doesn't know your context — so _you_ end up being the bridge: copy-pasting between systems, re-explaining everything to a chatbot that forgets by tomorrow.\n> IntegrateWise is the workspace for human and AI collaborative work. Your tools connect into a spine of truth your organization owns. You work on a shared workbench with your Twin — it already knows the context, prepares the hard parts, and proposes next steps with evidence. You decide. Nothing executes without your approval, and everything leaves an audit trail.\n> AI that remembers what you told it, finishes what it started, and doesn't make things up.\"\n\n## 3. Two Minutes (the narrative — meetings, podcasts, intros)\n\n**[Problem — 30s]** \"Every business runs on dozens of tools, and nobody has one view. A customer success manager opens eight tabs to understand a single account. And here's the thing AI was supposed to fix — instead it made it worse. Copilots got bolted onto each silo. Chatbots start from zero every session. Their memory auto-writes itself — it guesses. So people did what you'd expect: they quietly demoted AI to writing emails. The real work still runs on copy-paste, and the person is still the integration layer.\n\n**[Product — 45s]** IntegrateWise recenters all of it. It's a workspace — your tools stay, but the work moves to one place. Underneath is the Adaptive Spine: your organization's operational truth, assembled from every connected system, with a source on every fact. On top are shared workbenches, composed for each role — accounts for CS, pipeline for sales. And here's the part that's different: you don't work _near_ the AI, you work _with_ it. Every person has a Twin on their bench. It knows the context because it shares your workbench. It notices what changed, prepares your brief, drafts the follow-up, proposes the next step — with evidence attached. You approve before anything real happens. Your organization's memory only learns what you verify.\n\n**[Why us / why now — 30s]** I was a MuleSoft architect and a CSM — I lived both halves of this problem, and I built the spine that saved an $8M account before I built it as a product. The timing is right because the trust crisis is real: most enterprises now _require_ human oversight of AI. Everyone else is racing toward autonomy. We built the opposite bet: AI never owns the truth, humans approve everything — and that's exactly why teams finally let AI do consequential work.\n\n**[Close — 10s]** Truth you own. AI you rent. Approval in between. That's IntegrateWise.\"\n\n## 4. Audience Variants (swap the middle, keep the frame)\n\n| Audience     | Emphasis swap                                                                                                                                                                                                                |\n| ------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |\n| Investor     | Add: \"Copilots defend silos; assistants own memory. The neutral workspace over shared, governed state is the layer with the switching costs — and nobody credible owns it.\" ([67](../12-corporate/67-investor-narrative.md)) |\n| CS leader    | Add: \"Design partners cut QBR prep from 4 hours to 12 minutes. The AI structurally cannot write truth or act alone.\"                                                                       |\n| Practitioner | Drop architecture entirely; tell the 8:55am morning story: \"Workbench opens on what changed, what needs you, what's prepared.\"                                                                                               |\n\n## 5. Delivery Rules\n\n- Never open with \"we're an AI company.\" Open with the person's pain or the category.\n- One vocabulary word maximum per pitch for practitioners (Twin). Executives get two (Twin, Spine).\n- End every pitch with a question, not a feature: _\"What's your team's version of the eight-tab morning?\"_\n- The forbidden words apply ([18 §6](../03-positioning-messaging/18-terminology-guide.md)): no \"platform,\" \"copilot,\" \"assistant,\" \"dashboard.\"\n\n**KPIs:** pitch consistency (any teammate, any time — spot-checked); listener restatement accuracy; meetings booked per 10 pitches at events ([63](../11-marketing/63-events-strategy.md)).\n\n---\n\n**Related:** [11 Positioning](../03-positioning-messaging/11-positioning.md) · [12 Messaging](../03-positioning-messaging/12-messaging-framework.md) · [14 Founder Story](14-founder-story.md) · [40 Demo Script](../07-sales/40-demo-script.md)\n"}
