Do not use this page to author new external\n> messaging until it is migrated.\n\n---\n\n## Purpose\n\nThe message architecture: what we say, in what order, to whom, at what altitude. Positioning ([11](11-positioning.md)) is the strategy; this is the script system built on it.\n\n**Target audience:** Marketing, sales, founders, content writers, designers.\n\n**Objectives:** (1) One message hierarchy. (2) Three pillars mapped to the three failures of modern work. (3) Ready-to-use copy blocks per audience and funnel stage.\n\n---\n\n## 1. Message Hierarchy\n\n```\nL0  Category      Workspace for Human and AI Collaborative Work\nL1  Promise       \"This is what you wanted. How you wanted it to work.\"\nL2  Mechanism     Human + Twin, on a Shared Workbench, over the Adaptive Spine, with Governance\nL3  Pillars       One Workspace · A Twin on the Bench · Truth You Own\nL4  Proof         Live product facts, design-partner outcomes, governance architecture\n```\n\nEvery asset enters at one level and may descend; never skip upward (proof without promise is a spec sheet; promise without mechanism is hype).\n\n---\n\n## 2. The Three Failures → Three Pillars\n\nThe market's story has three failures. Each pillar answers one. This is the master narrative frame — reuse it everywhere.\n\n| Failure of modern work                                   | The feeling                             | Our pillar              | Mechanism                                                                 |\n| -------------------------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------- | ----------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------- |\n| **Fragmentation** — work scattered across dozens of apps | \"I'm the Human API.\"                    | **One Workspace**       | Workspace → Shared Workbenches, projected from the Spine                  |\n| **Amnesia** — AI that forgets, guesses, restarts         | \"I told it once. It forgot.\"            | **A Twin on the Bench** | Persistent, grounded Twin; TruthLayer memory; work resumes where it ended |\n| **Anarchy** — ungoverned AI nobody can trust             | \"It did something. Nobody approved it.\" | **Truth You Own**       | Adaptive Spine owns truth; approval gates; audit on everything            |\n\n### Pillar 1 — One Workspace\n\n**Claim:** People shouldn't work across dozens of disconnected applications. They should work inside one Workspace.\n**Message:** Your tools stay. Your work moves to one place. Every workbench is composed for a role and its active work — accounts for CS, pipeline for sales, operations for RevOps — all projected from the same truth.\n**Proof:** 70+ connectors; Entity360 assembled < 200ms; role-composed workbenches live for 12 departments.\n**Kill line:** _\"Dashboards show work. Workbenches do work.\"_\n\n### Pillar 2 — A Twin on the Bench\n\n**Claim:** Every person works with a Twin — on the same bench, not in a chat tab.\n**Message:** The Twin already knows the work because it shares your workbench and your organization's Spine. It notices, explains, prepares, and proposes. You ask, assign, and approve. Silence when it has nothing grounded to say.\n**Proof:** Twin interventions carry evidence chains; QBR prep 4 hours → 12 minutes (design partner); 89% DAU within 2 weeks.\n**Kill line:** _\"Copilots visit your apps. IntegrateWise is where work lives.\"_\n\n### Pillar 3 — Truth You Own\n\n**Claim:** AI never owns organizational truth. The Adaptive Spine owns truth.\n**Message:** Memory enters only with your approval (TruthLayer). Actions execute only with your approval. Every field has a source; every action has an audit trail. Swap AI models anytime — your truth stays.\n**Proof:** Approval-gated memory (no competitor equivalent); governed proposal lifecycle; per-field provenance; export anytime.\n**Kill line:** _\"Truth you own. AI you rent. Approval in between.\"_\n\n---\n\n## 3. The Narrative Arc (long-form assets)\n\nBEFORE → TODAY → PROMISE → MECHANISM → OUTCOME (canon, unchanged):\n\n```\nBEFORE     AI looked magical → then it forgot → drifted → got things wrong → became one more thing to manage\nTODAY      Most people still use AI — but only for low-risk work (the quiet demotion)\nPROMISE    \"This is what you wanted. How you wanted it to work.\"\nMECHANISM  Workspace (one place) · Twin (follow-through) · Spine (truth) · Governance (approval)\nOUTCOME    You tell it once. It remembers. It follows through. It finishes the work.\n```\n\nOpen long-form content with **the Demotion Story** (canon §6.4 of legacy sales doc, retained): the believer who quietly downgraded AI to writing emails. That's our reader.\n\n---\n\n## 4. Message Map by Audience\n\n| Audience            | Lead pillar                | First sentence                                                                            | Proof to show                                                                        |\n| ------------------- | -------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |\n| CSM / AM (user)     | One Workspace              | \"Your morning is eight tabs. Funnel-Stage Messaging\n\n| Stage      | Job                 | Message form                 | Example                                                                        |\n| ---------- | ------------------- | ---------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |\n| Cold       | Name the pain       | Enemy vocabulary, no product | \"You're the integration layer between your own tools. That was never the job.\" |\n| Aware      | Frame the category  | Category + promise           | \"There's now a workspace where you and a governed Twin do the work together.\"  |\n| Evaluating | Prove the mechanism | Pillars + demo               | Workbench demo → Twin proposal → approval → audit                              |\n| Deciding   | De-risk             | Governance + ROI             | \"Nothing executes without approval. Payback in month one: here's your math.\"   |\n| Customer   | Compound            | Continuity                   | \"Month 12: institutional memory that leaves with people no longer matters.\"    |\n\n---\n\n## 6. Approved Copy Blocks\n\n**Hero (website):** see [53 Website Copy](../10-website/53-website-copy.md) — canonical hero:\n\n> **Work with your Twin. Not with thirty tabs.**\n> IntegrateWise is the workspace for human and AI collaborative work — one shared workbench, a Twin that prepares the hard parts, and truth your organization owns.\n\n**Boilerplate (press, 60 words):**\n\n> IntegrateWise is the workspace for human and AI collaborative work. Every person works alongside a governed AI Twin on shared workbenches, projected from the Adaptive Spine — the canonical operational truth the organization owns. The Twin prepares; the human approves; everything is auditable. Founded by a former MuleSoft architect and CSM, IntegrateWise runs on 70+ connectors across the modern stack.\n\n**Email signature line:** _IntegrateWise — the workspace for human and AI collaborative work._\n\n---\n\n## 7. Messaging Anti-Patterns\n\n- Feature listing without a failure named first.\n- \"AI-powered\" as a differentiator (everyone says it; we sell governed collaboration, not AI).\n- Describing the Twin doing work alone (it's collaborative or it's off-message).\n- More than one new vocabulary word per practitioner-facing sentence.\n- Any claim without a number, mechanism, or evidence within two sentences.\n\n**KPIs:** message consistency score in content audits (target 95%+); pillar recall in win/loss interviews; % of sales calls opening with a failure narrative (call recordings sample).\n\n---\n\n**Related:** [11 Positioning](11-positioning.md) · [18 Terminology](18-terminology-guide.md) · [16 Value Proposition](16-value-proposition.md) · [19 Product Narrative](../04-product-marketing/19-product-narrative.md) · [56 Content Strategy](../11-marketing/56-content-strategy.md)\n"}
