Agents hand off Work state and evidence. They do not re-explain the organization in chat.\n\n\nInstead of:\n\n```text\nAgent A → explain everything → Agent B → explain everything → Agent C\n```\n\nAgents do:\n\n```text\nShared Business Context + Shared Work + Evidence + governed handoffs\n```\n\n## How It Works\n\n\n  \n    A Work object carries objective, participants, state, history, and evidence. Twin, Agent A, and Agent B are participants of the same Work.\n  \n  \n    Each participant hydrates from the same Work + the same Business Context projection (scoped to authority). Twin's draft, Agent A's evidence, and Agent B's plan are all on the Work.\n  \n  \n    When Agent A finishes a subtask, it leaves **evidence** (receipts, verification) on Shared Work. Agent B does not need Agent A's transcript — it needs the updated Spine truth and Work state.\n  \n  \n    After execution, verification and reconciliation update the Spine. Projections invalidate and both workbenches rehydrate.
